Reminder:

Tomorrow's event will begin at 1.30 pm (Zohr salaah) InshaAllah. Below is an article from one of the students:

"This is an urgent appeal to all of you that you try your utmost to attend and partake in the blessed gathering.
Our ustaad once related a really amazing anecdote to us regarding sitting in the presence of those close to Allah. Molana told us that once a great Aalim came to visit the Dar ul Uloom and he fell ill. So whilst the great Aalim was resting people would just sit around him and they were so eager to merely sit in his presence. Although no dars was being delivered, no naseeha; they felt the urge to simply be in his company. Subhaanallah, our beloved Molana explained that:
1. Seeing such a pious person develops that shok and zok in one that I want to be like him.
2. Secondly it makes us more conscious of Allah's existence thereby developing that taqwa in one.
3. Such a location is truly blessed where Allah's rahmat is descending upon a close servant.
This is confirmed by the numerous Ahadith pertaining to good company.
The presence of that Aalim did the Islaah and spiritual rectification to those people in the most simplest and beautiful manner. It is only when such Ulamaa depart that we will truly regret not taking those numerous opportunities of extracting and gauging the benefits they had to offer.
The syllabus being completed by these students go back hundreds if not thousands of years. It is always encouraging to see institutions like Jamia Siraj ul Uloom upholding the classical style of Islamic studies.
May Allah give us the tawfeeq and steadfastness."
