You are deluded. There are many laws that are not in the Quran but are derived from Hadith. That's a fact you will have to agree with.

I repeat.

The Quran you follow, does it begin with Surah Fatiha and end with Surah Naas. Or does it begin from from Surah Alaq, Iqra'?

What proof do you have that the Quran is the word of Allah.

Was the Quran not revealed as and when needed.

How comes the Quran starts from.Surah fatiha, yet we all believe the Iqra was the first word/surah to be revealed.

Was the Quran revealed in a book form as we have it today.

What proof do you have that what we call the Quran IS the Quran.

There is only one valid answer. Is it via a solid chain of transmission aka Hadith? Yes or no. There is only one answer.

Please answer each question one at a time with detail.

Salamun 'alaykum,
I have respond to your question my brother, the oral transmission generation after generation and the old copies all of them containing the same words in the same order are strong proofs, the code 19 is fore more reassurance.
This number was appointed by GOD's himself as the miracle protecting Quran ,there are many signs ,but this number has specific functions that we can find in sura 74 :

[74:30] Over it is nineteen.

[74:31] We appointed angels to be guardians of Hell, and we assigned their number (19) (1) to disturb the disbelievers, (2) to convince the Christians and Jews (that this is a divine scripture), (3) to strengthen the faith of the faithful, (4) to remove all traces of doubt from the hearts of Christians, Jews, as well as the believers, and (5) to expose those who harbor doubt in their hearts, and the disbelievers; they will say, "What did GOD mean by this allegory?" GOD thus sends astray whomever He wills, and guides whomever He wills. None knows the soldiers of your Lord except He. This is a reminder for the people.

[74:32] Absolutely, (I swear) by the moon.

[74:33] And the night as it passes.

[74:34] And the morning as it shines.

[74:35] This is one of the great miracles.

Salamun 'alaykum,
Quran says in 6:114 that quran is the only source of religious laws , so anyone saying laws are derived from hadith as well is aginst GOD not against me.
As for teaching Quran, true the verse says quran not quran and hadith. Wisdom is not hadith ,wisdom is teached in quran as well like
in sura 31 for example, also quran is the wise nook "alkitab alhakeem". The prophet Muhammad was teaching quran since his mission was to brought quran, he teached the quran to his companions because quran was something new, none knew about quran before , this is logical like other prophets have teached other scriptures before.

33:43 He is the One who helps you, together with His angels, to lead you out of darkness into the light. He is Most Merciful towards the believers.

The prophet is one of the believers, with much more responsability that is why 13 verses after in the same sura, the believers are commanded to help him as GOD and the angels do.
It is GOD who says that quran is the only source of religious laws ,here are the verses again :

6:113 This is to let the minds of those who do not believe in the Hereafter listen to such fabrications, and accept them, and thus expose their real convictions.
6:114 Shall I seek other than GOD as a source of law, when He has revealed to you this book fully detailed? Those who received the scripture recognize that it has been revealed from your Lord, truthfully. You shall not harbor any doubt.
6:115 The word of your Lord is complete, in truth and justice. Nothing shall abrogate His words. He is the Hearer, the Omniscient.
6:116 If you obey the majority of people on earth, they will divert you from the path of GOD. They follow only conjecture; they only guess.
6:117 Your Lord is fully aware of those who stray off His path, and He is fully aware of those who are guided.

Remember,these are GOD's words.

Salamun 'alaykum,
Having a solid chain of transmission does not mean that hadith is a source of laws besides quran , the huffads learned quran from the prophet and transmitted it generation after generation. This is a historical proof that our quran is the quran of the prophet Muhammad. This is using hadith as a historical source my brother to verify ousoul arrywaya ,and there is nothing wrong with that.
But using hadith as a source of religious laws, for example for marriage or inheritance or war ... is against quran, please check sura 6 verse 114 ,to have the full context , sura 6 verses 113-117 ,I have posted those verse for you in the previous post ,and in my first post.
You agree I think that quran is the word of GOD.
This quran tells you in 6:114 that the book of GOD is fully detailed and the only source of religious laws
Therefore ,it is forbidden by GOD to use anything as a source of religious laws beside quran.

This is pure logic , think about it.

How about the details of Zakah? Who is liable to pay it? On what rate should it be paid? What assets are liable to the obligation of zakah? What assets are exempted from it?

The details of Fasting? What acts, other than eating, drinking and intercourse, are prohibited or permitted during the fast? Under what conditions can one break the fast during the day? What kind of treatment can be undertaken in the state of fasting?

The Holy Qur'n has said after mentioning how to perform wudu', (ablution): And if you are junub (defiled) well-purify yourself. (5:6) It is also clarified in the Holy Qur'n that while being junub (defiled) one should not perform prayers (4:43). But the definition of junub (defiled) is nowhere given in the Holy Qur'n nor is it mentioned how should a defiled person "well-purify" himself. It is the Holy Prophet (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) who has explained all these questions and laid down the detailed injunctions on the subject.

How about the details of Hajj? The command of the Holy Qur'n concerning Hajj, the fourth pillar of Islm, is in the following words: And as a right of Allh, it is obligatory on people to perform the Hajj of the House- whoever has the ability to manage his way to it. (3:97) It is just not disclosed here as to how many times the Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) is obligatory? The Holy Prophet (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) explained that the obligation is discharged by performing Hajj only once in a life-time.

The Obedience (Itaa'ah) of the Messenger (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam)

The Holy Qur'n insists repeatedly on "the obedience of the Prophet" (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) so much so that is is mentioned side by side with the obedience of Allh:

Say: Obey Allh and the Messenger, but if they turn their backs, Allh loves not the disbelievers. (3:32)

And obey Allh and the Messenger so that you may be blessed. (3:132)

O those who believe, obey Allh and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. (4:59)

And obey Allh and obey the Messenger and beware. (5:92)

So fear Allh and set things right between you, and obey Allh and His Messenger if you are believers. (8:1)

O those who believe, obey Allh and His Messenger and do not turn away from him, while you are listening. (8:20)

And obey Allh and His Messenger and do not quarrel with each other, and so lose heart. (8:46)

Say: Obey Allh and obey the Messenger; then, if you turn away, upon him rests what is laid on him, and upon you rests what is laid on you. If you obey him, you will be guided. (24:54)

O those who believe, obey Allh and obey the Messenger and do not make your deeds vain. (47:33)

So establish salaah and pay zakaah and obey Allh and His Messenger. (58:13)

And obey Allh and obey the Messenger but if you turn your backs, Our Messenger has only to deliver the manifest message. (64:12)

In these verses, "the obedience of the Messenger" has been ordered as an obligatory command. There are other verses in which the results of the "obedience of the Messenger" have been described. Here again the "obedience of the Messenger" has been combined with "the obedience of Allh:"

And whoever obeys Allh and His Messenger, Allh shall admit him in the Gardens underneath which rivers flow. (4:13)

The same words have been repeated in (48:17) also.

And whoever obeys Allh and the Messenger, they are in the company of those who Allh has blessed. (4:69)

All that the believers say, when they are called to Allh and His Messenger that he may judge between them, is that they say, "We hear and we obey": it is these who are successful. Whoever obeys Allh and His Messenger and fears Allh and has awe of Him: it is these who are the winners. (24:52)

And whoever obeys Allh and His Messenger, he has won a great success. (33:71)

And the believers, men and women, are friends of each other; they bid the fair and forbid the unfair; they establish Salh and pay zakaah and they obey Allh and His Messenger. These are those upon whom Allh shall have mercy; Allh is All-Mighty, All-Wise. (9:71)

If you obey Allh and His Messenger, He will not diminish you anything of your deeds. (49:14)

The Holy Qur'n has also made it clear that "the obedience of the prophet" is not a new principle, nor is it limited to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam). The same principle applied to all the former prophets who came before him:

And we sent no messenger, but that he should be obeyed by the leave of Allh. (4:64)

It is also clarified by the Holy Qur'n that the prophets are the spokesmen of Allh's pleasure. Hence, the obedience of the prophet is actually obedience of Allh Himself.

And whoever obeys the Messenger, thereby obeys Allh. (4:80)

As the obedience of the Holy Prophet () has been stressed by the Holy Qur'n and has been combined with the "obedience of Allh," in the same way "disobedience" of him has been warned against and is combined with the "disobedience of Allh:"

And whoever disobeys Allh and His Messenger and transgresses His limits, He shall admit him to Fire where he shall remain forever. (4:14)

And whoever disobeys Allh and His Messenger has gone astray into manifest error. (33:36)

And whoever disobeys Allh and His Messenger, for him there is the fire of Jahannam. There they shall remain forever. (72:23)

And whoever makes a breach with Allh and His Messenger, then Allh is severe in punishment. (8:13)

Did they not come to know that whoever opposes Allh and His Messenger, for him there is the fire of Jahannam? (9:63)

Thus, both positive and negative aspects of the obedience have been dealt with in the Holy Qur'n and the "obedience of the Holy Prophet (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam)" in each one of these verses has been mentioned separately, alongwith the obedience of Allh.

It is noteworthy that whenever the "obedience of Allh" is mentioned in the Holy Qur'n, it is always followed by the "obedience of the Prophet" which has never been missed even in a single verse. There is no verse in the entire Book where the "obedience of Allh" has been mentioned alone with no reference to the "obedience of the Messenger."

On the contrary, there are some verses where only the "obedience of the Messenger" has been mentioned, and there is no reference to the obedience of Allh:

And establish salaah and pay zakaah and obey the Prophet so that you may be blessed. (24:56)

And if you obey him (the Prophet), you shall find the right path. (24:54)

On that day those who disbelieved and disobeyed the Messenger will wish that the earth might be levelled with them. (4:42)

And whoever makes a breach with the Messenger after the right path has become clear to him, and follows a way other than that of the believers, We shall let him own what he chose and shall admit him in the Jahannam, and it is evil as a returning place. (4:115)

The reason for so much stress upon the "obedience of the Prophet" is that the obedience of Allh cannot be carried out except through the obedience of the Prophet. Allh does not address each and every individual to tell him what He requires from him, as the Holy Qur'n puts it:

And it is not possible for a human being that Allh should speak to him, except by revelation, or from behind a curtain or that He should send a messenger and reveal by His leave what He wills. (42:51)

Therefore Allh conveys His injunctions only through His prophets and His obedience cannot be carried out except by the obedience of the messengers. So, when a prophet bids something or forbids something, he does not do it in his private capacity, rather he does so in the capacity of a messenger of Allh. When Allh Himself has given an express command to "obey the Messenger," the obedience of the Prophet (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) is actually the "obedience of Allh," though in an indirect manner. This point has been clearly established by the Holy Qur'n in the following words:

And whoever obeys the Messenger, thereby obeys Allh. (4:80)

So, whenever only the "obedience of the Messenger" has been mentioned in the Holy Qur'n, it includes, without saying, the "obedience of Allh" because the Messenger does not say anything in the capacity of a Messenger unless he is guided by a revelation from Allh:

And he (the Prophet (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) does not speak out of his own desire. It is not but a revelation revealed (to him). (53:3-4)

Looked at from this angle, the obedience of the Prophet (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) represents the obedience of Allh and the reference to the former always includes the latter. That is why the Holy Qur'n in some verses deemed it sufficient to refer to the obedience of the Messenger only, for the practical way to obey Allh is only to obey the prophet.

On the contrary, the Holy Qur'n did not deem it sufficient to refer to the "obedience of Allh" without referring to the "obedience of the Messenger," to remove even the remotest excuse for ignoring the "obedience of the Prophet" and to leave no doubt whatsoever in the fact that the obedience of Allh is not complete unless the obedience of the Prophet (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) is fully observed with all its implications.

Salamun 'alaykum,
Now that the question of preservation of Quran is clear thanks to GOD ,let us see what GOD teaches us in Quran about salat.
First of all I want to answer your question Yasin ,because it is only one verse from the glorious book of GOD :

[5:6] O you who believe, when you observe the Contact Prayers (Salat), you shall: (1) wash your faces, (2) wash your arms to the elbows, (3) wipe your heads, and (4) wash your feet to the ankles. If you were unclean due to sexual orgasm, you shall bathe. If you are ill, or traveling, or had any digestive excretion (urinary, fecal, or gas), or had (sexual) contact with the women, and you cannot find water, you shall observe the dry ablution (Tayammum) by touching clean dry soil, then rubbing your faces and hands. GOD does not wish to make the religion difficult for you; He wishes to cleanse you and to perfect His blessing upon you, that you may be appreciative.

The verse above gives the answer.

Concerning your questions Abou Muhammad ,they are legitimate , and the answer is also given by GOD in Quran , like Quran was teached by the prophet Muhammad and transmitted generation after generation , this is the same with Salat and Zakkat given to the prophet Abraham who teached them to his sons and the transmission generation after generation was the same as for Quran ,here are the verses :

[21:69] We said, "O fire, be cool and safe for Abraham."

[21:70] Thus, they schemed against him, but we made them the losers.

[21:71] We saved him, and we saved Lot, to the land that we blessed for all the people.

[21:72] And we granted him Isaac and Jacob as a gift, and we made them both righteous.

[21:73] We made them imams who guided in accordance with our commandments, and we taught them how to work righteousness, and how to observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and the obligatory charity (Zakat).* To us, they were devoted worshipers.

As Salat was inpired to the prophet Abraham and his sons who teached it,GOD ordred the prophet Muhammad to follow the religion of the prophet Abraham (in his way of performing religious duties = millah) :

16:123 ثم اوحينا اليك ان اتبع مله ابرهيم حنيفا وما كان من المشركين

16:123 Then we inspired you (Muhammad) to follow the religion of Abraham, the monotheist; he never was an idol worshiper.

PLEASE DO ANSWER THE FIRST FEW QUESTIONS THAT WERE POSED EARLIER.

(In case I am not around to see your answers, I have posted this in advance)

The Way Of The Believers

Allah Says in the Quran

Whoever opposes the Rasool after the guidance (the truth of Islam) has become manifest (clear) to him and follows a path other than that of the Mu'mineen, We shall allow him to do that thing which he is doing and then enter him into Jahannam. It is the worst of abodes.

Surah Nisaa: Verse 115

O you who have Imaan! Obey Alllah, obey the Rasool and those in command among you (your leaders and authorities in all fields, such as the Imams of Jurisprudence in Fiqh). If you dispute regarding any matter, then refer it to Allah (find the solution in the Qur'an) and the Rasool (or find the solution in the sunnat) if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. This is best (for all) and gives the best results (because then you will not be basing your decisions on your personal opinions).

Imam Qurtubi has said in his exegesis that this verse has made it clear that ignorant persons who are not acquainted with the rules of Shari'ah must seek knowledge from scholars and then follow them accordingly.

The Religion of Islam is based on three fundamental sources as can be seen in verse above "Who ever opposes...."

1,The Book of Allah, The Quran;

2,The Sunnah of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wassallam);

3,The Ijmaa' of the Ummah (consensus)

So

1) The Quran: The whole of Islam is based on totally what Allah has revealed in the Quran. This is the first source of Deen. Everything else will be weighed in its light. Rejecting the Quran is KUFR.

2) The Sunnah of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wassallam): The sayings and ways of The Prophet of Allah is also a basis/proof in Islam A great portion of Shariat is based on this. There are many proofs for this in the Quran. Therefore it is necessary to accept the Sunnah as Deen and to follow this way.

3) The Ijmaa' of the Ummah, anything upon which the majority group of Muslims (Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamaat) unanimously agree is call Ijamaa' This is also a basis/proof in Islam.

The above Ayah, "Whoever opposes the Rasool after the guidance (the truth of Islam) has become manifest (clear) to him and follows a path other than that of the Mu'mineen, We shall allow him to do that thing which he is doing and then enter him into Jahannam. It is the worst of abodes."

This Ayah is a very comprehensive Aayah in that all three things are mentioned together as being the Basis/proof in the Deen.

"Opposing The Rasul" in this the Sunnah is indicated

"..after Hidayat becomes manifest (clear)"Hidayat in this verse means The Quran.

So opposing the Hadith or Sunnah will lead a person to Hell. "...then enter him into Jahannum"

A person who follows JUST the Quran, then this person will enter Hell despite following the Quran! This is because he has opposed the Rasul, it is necessary to obey the Rasul just as it is necessary to accept the Quran.

In the Quran we have been told to Observe Salah and give Zakat etc. The details of these commands can only be found in Hadith.

But this is not the end of the expalnation, no, no, no.

The 3rd part of the Ayah "...and he follows a path other than that of the Mu'mineen (believers)...."

Again, opposing the believers (Ijmaa' of the Ummah) will also lead a person to Hell.

Allah tells us: "Do you believe in part of the kitab, while rejecting part of it"

Today we have Three groups of people,
Those who Only Accept The Quran and not the Hadith
Those who say Islam is based upon Quran & Sunnah But class many Hadith as Weak and throw away some of the Sunnahs of The Khulafa

Those who Reject the Ijmaa of The Sahaba in accepting the Khilafat of the Khulafa.

We need to ask our selves, What are we accepting and what are we rejecting. Are We True Believers or Are We Just Muslim By Name

Salamun 'alaykum,
GOD commands you thru the mouth of his prophet Muhammad to uphold the quran alone as a source of relgious laws in 6:114 :

6:114 افغير الله ابتغي حكما وهو الذي انزل اليكم الكتب مفصلا والذين ءاتينهم الكتب يعلمون انه منزل من ربك بالحق فلا تكونن من الممترين

6:114 Shall I seek other than GOD as a source of law, when He has revealed to you this book fully detailed? Those who received the scripture recognize that it has been revealed from your Lord, truthfully. You shall not harbor any doubt.

So the question brother Seifeddine-M is why do you disobey GOD and his prophet by not following this verse ?
