There was a talk between two people about Taqleed of one Imam i should post them here for the group :

WOW
We should address ourselves as "Muslims only" who follow the prophet(PBUH), no one else. *************************
Allah says:-
...He hath named you Muslims of old time and in this (Scripture), that the messenger may be a witness against you, and that ye may be witnesses against mankind....))- .::Surrat Al-Haj, verse 77-78 ::.

Hanafi
A Hanafi, Shafiee, Hanbali, Maliki does not come contradictory to MUSLIM. As the meaning of Hanafi is not the opposite of what makes a person MUSLIM. Being a Hanafi does not take the Shahadah away from a MUSLIM.We havnt labeled ourselves as an entirety Hanafi or Shafiee. If I say, I am a MAN, does this change the fact that I am a Human? The Quran and Hadith says we are son of Adam, does this mean we cant say we are son of our blood father?

WOW
La hawla Walla Quwata Illah Billah, Dear Bro. No one have said that being a Hanbali, Maliki, Hanafi or Shafiee contradicts with Islam or being a Muslim, no one have ever said that being a Hanafi or Hanbali etc. take the Shahadah away from a Muslim!! Becareful with your understanding of the comments Brother, as we are all Muslim discussing our religion !! chill out..

WOW
We should not develop partisan or sectarian feelings towards anybody. It is not permissible for the Muslim to believe that he has to follow anybody in all that he says except the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). It's a scholar words not mine.

Hanafi
Whoever searches for the path of the Sunnah beyond the confines of the four Madhabs will deviate in to Baatil. Since every teaching of the four Madhabs is the Quraan and the Sunnah, deviation therefrom is to deviate from the Sunnah.

Hanafi
To leave taqleed made upon one Imam and follow another Imam when one wishes involves probing in matters of Shari'ah without possessing the authority to do so. When this is done without permission from the Shariah it leads to talfeeq, it also causes one to follow ones desires resulting in going far away from the truth and being led astray.

wow
Dear Bro. No one said or indicated that we should, make(Talfeeq), and when saying any Muslim should follow the STRONGEST PROOF from Qura'an and Sunnah, that DOESN'T MEAN WE ARE MAKING (Talfeeq) or FOLLOWING OUR LUST AND DESIRES, ITS BASICALLY MEANS WE FOLLOW THE STRONGEST DALEEL WHETHER ITS WITH IMAM MALIK, ABU HANIFA, SHAFIEE OR IMAM AHMAD BIN HANBAL.(Rahimahom Allah Jamian)

Hanafi
FOLLOW THE STRONGEST DALEEL ACCORDING TO YOU In reality by doing this you do not make taqleed of Imaam Shaaf'i Rahmatullahi alaihe or Imaam Abu Hanifa Rahmatullahi alaihe, but following desires, and the Shariah has prohibited us from following our desires.

wow (wow Gone Missing)

MashaAllah I see you used the Answer to Zakir Naik's article. Salafi's are pretty easy to answer when it comes to Taqleed. Probably the biggest reason is that they do Taqleed themselves. If he replies, please update us here.

Here's some answers you can send him:

Quote:

You're saying no one says this? The Ahl-e-hadeeth (self proclaimed 'Salafi') say this. Unless the Ahl-e-Hadeeth are 'no one' then yes, no one says this. You do not need to say something in clear words to say anything. As a wise person said, "Aqal Mand ke liye Ishaara kaafi hota hei"

Day in day out, you do Da'wah that you are Muslims BECAUSE you do NOT follow an Imaam. So in the exact context, we are NOT Muslims because we DO follow an Imaam?? So yes, you indicate that we are not true Muslims because we do not make our own rulings.

You're asking me to chill out? A Muslim cannot be chilled out when the Deen is being destroyed by Baatil movements like that of the 'Salafis'

[quote]WOW

Listing numerous errors from the above quote:
1. QUOTING: "We should not develop partisan or sectarian feelings towards anybody."
The Muslims were united under the four majour schools of Fiqh until those claiming to know better than the true Salaf-as-Saliheen popped up. So we have not created partitions or sects. In fact, we're still one. Even under FOUR DIFFERENT FIQH we are still united.

2. QUOTING: "It is not permissible for the Muslim to believe that he has to follow anybody in all that he says except the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)."
No Muqallid follows an Imam in ALL that he says. Leaving aside the fact that even if we did follow the great Imaam A'zam in EVERYTHING we'd be complete Muslims, still we only keep a steadfast ruling by following ONE set of rules instead of pick n mix n choose according what I FEEL is strongest in my PERSONAL opinion and claiming that I AM following the Prophet. No brother, you're following your Nafs. In fact, you're ignoring and DENYING the verse of the holy Qur'aan in every place that mentions "Ulul-Amr".

3. QUOTING: "It's a scholar words not mine."
Why are you quoting a scholar? I though we can only look at the Qur'aan and Hadeeth? Why don't you quote Nabi (saw)'s words regarding this issue? See the double-standards?

4. QUOTING: " ITS BASICALLY MEANS WE FOLLOW THE STRONGEST DALEEL "
So EVERY Muslim should decide PERSONALLY what is the strongest? Tell me, do you PICK the strongest yourself or do you follow someone too? If you pick it yourself then on what basis? What makes you certain that one is stronger than the other? Is it written somewhere? If it is then why are you following what someone has written? You can only follow the Qur'aan and Sunnah according to you. So who will check if what you check is the strongest compared to what someone else might check? Your answer to this will be sufficient to answer your own claims.

Maulana Yasin Wow is back (smile)..and yes you are right in a way that its me..its one of my brothers..i have been helping him out with graphics and stuff.

see what you can do with this one inshallah!:

WOW:
Astagfero Allah, I wouldn't dare say these words, becareful Br. with your words, there were Muslims before our beloved 4 Imams, and they were so PIOUS Muslims, indeed they are not deviant, nor they were following ''Baatil'', they were Muslims better then me and you, who follow the Daleel from Qura'an and Sunnah and not blindly adhered to one Madhhab, which is not wrong to do so.

I am right in a way that it's you? I don't get that

As for his reply, he has completely ignored the questions I asked at the end. However, you can paste the following for the benefit of the other readers as I am almost certain (hoping that I'm wrong) that he will not listen.

-----------------
QUOTING: "and they were so PIOUS Muslims, indeed they are not deviant, nor they were following ''Baatil''"

Who needs to be careful with their words now? I am calling the current Ahl-e-Hadeeth (Salafi) movement Baatil. You are not SALAF as SALAF means predecessor and as you're not in the past or before the 4 IMAAMS, you cannot say you are ON THEIR PATH as they were like you say "so PIOUS" - You have taken what I say about your Baatil movement and instantly accuse me of calling the Sahaabah and the Taabi'een Baatil. Do you not see the Shaytaanic approach in your Da'wah?

QUOTING: "they were Muslims better then me and you, who follow the Daleel from Qura'an and Sunnah and not blindly adhered to one Madhhab, which is not wrong to do so. "

Yes, you are TOO right. They were BETTER than ME and YOU so they CAN follow Daleel from Qur'aan and Sunnah. Thank you for finally accepting this. However, please refer to my previous posts about why we cannot follow directly from Qur'aan or we WILL go astray as you have proven.

And finally, you have completely ignored the following so here it is again:

So EVERY Muslim should decide PERSONALLY what is the strongest? Tell me, do you PICK the strongest yourself or do you follow someone too? If you pick it yourself then on what basis? What makes you certain that one is stronger than the other? Is it written somewhere? If it is then why are you following what someone has written? You can only follow the Qur'aan and Sunnah according to you. So who will check if what you check is the strongest compared to what someone else might check? Your answer to this will be sufficient to answer your own claims.
