Let me kindly add some Facts here..
1. Hazrat Maulana Muhammed Haroon sahab رحمة الله عليه passed away in 1973 ( For which the condolence letter was written as mentioned in the bayan)
2. Hazratji Maulana Inamul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه passed away on 10th June 1995
3. Hazrat Maulana Izharul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه Passed away in June 1996
In June 1995, after the demise of Hazrat Maulana Inamul Hasan Sahab رحمة الله عليه this global advisory council (Aalami Shura) established a five member advisory team for Markaz Nizamuddin which included Hazrat Maulana Izaharul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه , Hazrat Maulana Mohammad Umar Sahab Palanpuri رحمة الله عليه , Hazrat Miyan Ji Meharab Sahab رحمة الله عليه , Hazrat Maulana Zubairul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه , and Maulana saad sahab - as mentioned in the letter here.
So if Hazrat Maulana Izharul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه had Already received a letter written by Hazrat Shaikhul Hadith Maulana Muhammed Zakariya sahab رحمة الله عليه clearly stating that He shall be the Next Ameer of Tableegh ..Yet he Did Not claim his Amarat.. Refusing to be so.. (even after having clear proof from the letter) Instead chose to be a Part of Alami Shura.. Then By What Right Does Maulvi Muhammed Saad force his Imarat upon People..
As mentioned above Hazrat Maulana Yousuf Motala sahab (db) says:

Even after Hazratji Maulana Inamul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه passed away.. Hazrat Maulana Iftikharul Hasan sahab Kandhelwi (db) was appointed to train & guide Maulana saad sahab.. but at one instance he insulted him on some matter and Maulana left Nizamuddin saying that " neither did his father or his grandfather ever speak to me this way".
Maulana did not return for the next six months.. and only after Maulana saad sahab went to apologise did he return to Nizamuddin.. but never took residence there..
Hazrat Maulana Yousuf Motala sahab (db) says:
" So I said how was this Push (dhakka) from Hazrat Shaikh.. That how could Hazrat Shaikh رحمة الله عليه know if Hazrat Maulana Inamul Hasan sahib رحمة الله عليه would be the first to pass away or Hazrat Maulana Izharul Hasan sahib.. "
I could not understand what he meant by above.. that he somehow meant Hazrat Maulana Izharul hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه passed away before Hazratji Maulana Inamul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه so he could not do be the Next Ameer.. then it is Not true..
Hazrat Maulana Izharul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه passed away exactly 1 year after Hazrat Maulana Inamul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه Passed away.. he did have the letter with him.. Yet he did Not claim his Imarat.. and chose to be part of Shura instead..
Also as the whatsapp message says:

Then Kindly know that Maulana Saad sahab was born in 1965 .. so when his father passed away in 1973 he was 8 years old.. that was when the letter was written by Hazrat Shaikh رحمة الله عليه through Hazrat Maulana Yousuf Motala sahab (db)..
Nowhere does it mention Hazrat Shaikh رحمة الله عليه or Hazrat Maulana Yousuf sahab Motala (db) saying anything like he is on the same Nahaj of his grandfather.. or great Grandfather.. the letter was meant as an advice to train Maulvi saad on the same Nahaj.. so that he becomes competent..

Maulana Saad has a good fan base in Malaysia & Indonesia.. and these are the only majority of foreign Jamaats one can see at Nizamuddin.. they are a simple Mukhlis people and majority have No idea whats going on at Nizamuddin..
Rest The work in England ..South Africa etc is No doubt a result of Duas and efforts by Hazrat Shaikh ul Hadith رحمة الله عليه to revive deen.. by Ilm and Zikr.. and May Allah سبحانه وتعالى immensely fill his Qabr with Noor .. Ameen..
Some concerned brother wrote that Hazrat Mujaddid Alf Thani رحمة الله عليه appeared in the Dream of someone and said he was "worried for the Jamaat and he must do something to bring them together"
well while alive he wrote the following:
“ No practice of any mystic is authoritative enough to decide which is lawful or unlawful. Will it not be sufficient that instead of reproaching them we pass over their actions and leave them to the judgement of God ?.
This is a matter in which the opinion of Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Abu Yousuf or imam Muhammed should be considered authoritative rather than the practice of Abubakr Shibli or Abul Hasan Nuri "

Lastly, My dear Brothers.. Our Loyalty lies foremost with Allah & His Rasool
A man who deviates from Ahlus sunnah.. NO matter Even if Hazrat Haji Imdadullah Muhajir Makki رحمة الله عليه speaks in his favour (he shall Never though) Even then.. The Voice of Fuqaha will be heared.. Darul Iftah will be upheld.. and Shariah will be upheld..
Like Qutub e Alam Hazrat Maulana Rasheed Ahmed Gangohi رحمة الله عليه said about Sayyid At'taifa Hazrat Haji Imdadullah Muhajir Makki رحمة الله عليه that In matters of Tasawwuf He is our Imam.. and in Fiqh he has to Follow us..
May Allah سبحانه وتعالى give us Tawfeeq to be on siraat e Mustaqeem.. and never let the scales of Adl slip from our hands.. and give Hidaya to All.. Ameen..
Today on 28th July 2018 under the guidance of the Ulama of Bangladesh, the elders of the effort and the government of Bangladesh, approximately 600,000 to 700,000 people gathered in Dhaka.
The following six matters were agreed:
1) Jamhoor Ulama are unanimous that because of three reasons, following Maulana Muhammad Saad Kandhlawi is not permissible.
(a) Incorrect and personalised interpretations of the Quran and Hadith.
(b) To enhance the importance of the effort of Dawah, resorting to degrading other efforts of Deen.
(c) Moving away from the methodology of the previous three elders; Hazratji Moulana Muhammad Ilyas sahab رحمة الله عليه, Hazratji Maulana Muhammad Yusuf sahab رحمة الله عليه and Hazratji Moulana Inamul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه.
2) The disregard of Maulana Muhammad Saad of the Shura methodology adopted by Hazrat Moulana Inamul Hasan (R) and his insistence upon being Amir. This will not be accepted in Kakrail in any form.
3) Darul Uloom Deoband’s fear that Moulana Muhammad Saad has moved away from the ideology of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama’ah and has resorted to create another group. Therefore, at the moment it is strongly advised that no Bangladeshi Jamat etc travels to Nizamuddin. Similarly, no Jamat from Nizamuddin will be allowed a route in any area of Bangladesh.
4) The effort of Dawah has gained acceptance as per the methodology adopted by the previous three elders. Therefore, this effort will continue on this methodology and under the guidance of the elders of Deoband. No new methodology will be adopted. Kajrail, Tongi an all other Marakiz will work accordingly only.
5) Individuals of the Shura of Kakrail who have sided with the Moulana Muhammad Saad and his incorrect beliefs and ideologies are not worthy of being in the Shura. It is strongly advised that they are not kept in the Shura nor as Faisal (decision makers).
6) The following dates have been fixed in consultation with the Bangladesh government for next year’s annual Tongi gathering:

I had a few queries with regards to Dawat and Tabligh .
1. The very first question, was is it necessary to have a Shura in the work of Dawat and Tabligh or an Ameer ?
2. Would be right to give examples of the period of sahabah رضي الله عنهم that they had Imarat, the four khulafa etc.. ?
3. Is it correct to assume Maulana Saad sahab to be on the right path even after the fatwa by Darul uloom Deoband ?
4. I was informed by someone that the conflict amongst ulema was a Mercy (or blessing from Allah), can this be deemed as a Mercy or a serious Fitnah ?
5. And finally shall I take sides with Maulana saad sahab or with (Hazrat) Maulana Ibrahim sahab Dewla (db) and (Hazrat) Maulana Ahmed Laat sahib (db)

After Hamd and Praise,
1.In times of corruption, and especially when the desire to become Ameer is dominant, then for the benefit and preservation of Tabligh, it is to work under shura ( the method of which shall come forth).
The procedure of Shura is such that an Ameer is selected weekly or monthly. Now this Ameer shall decide upon all the affairs resting between the week or month after due consultation with the shura.
Then another Ameer is chosen for the successive week or month. Such that shura also works under the Ameer only that the Ameer is not appointed lifelong.
2. Khilafat during period of sahaba was absolute in all affairs. So firstly our work of Dawat and Tabligh is not any affair of khilafat that is dependent upon a permanent Ameer. Nevertheless the work of Tabligh is not devoid of an Ameer, that an Ameer is made weekly or monthly amongst the shura.
There are only four Shari’i methods for appointing an Ameer in khilafat and Imarat -
1.The ulema , jurists , the decision makers being unanimously agreed upon a capable individual, like the appointment of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique رضي الله عنه being unanimously agreed upon by the sahabah رضي الله عنهم.
2.The Ameer appointed as per shariah or Khalifa with due consultation of the council or by his exclusive foresight appoint an able person. Akin to the Khilafat of Hazrat Umar رضي الله عنه that was established by the unanimity of sahabah.
3.The established shura in consultation with decision makers and after deep cerebration appoints someone. Similar to the manner in which the established shura of Hazrat umar رضي الله عنه delegated the appointment of Hazrat Uthman bin Affan رضي الله عنه and the sahabah agreed upon.
4.When by means of force and subjugation (by sword) an able person takes control over the Imarat, through uniting people and wielding power compelling all to obey him. (certain conditions of ascendancy are impermissible and contrary to shari’ah, the details of which are mentioned in the books of Fiqh)

The four methods for appointment of a Khalifa (of muslims) have been mentioned above, No one has been appointed Ameer in the current situation by following any of the above methods.
Moreover, continuation of affairs under Shura is the fulfillment of the third method of appointment of Ameer. That the Ameer could be changed over a few days upon consultation with the decision makers.
Hazrat Rasulullah has mentioned in Hadith the withholding of Allah’s assistance upon those who seek Imarat such that even upon those who crave it in their hearts.
Hazrat Rasulullah said to Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Samrah رضي الله عنه :
“ O Abdur Rahman Bin Samrah! Do not seek Imarat, since if it were given upon your demand then you shall be consigned to it. And if it were given without your seeking then you shall be aided upon with it.â€
It is mentioned in another narration that Hazrat Abu Musa رضي الله عنه reports that he and his two paternal cousins presented themselves at (the noble presence of) Hazrat Rasulullah . One after the other my paternal cousins began to yearn for Imarat and Rasulullah said upon taking oath (By Allah) that I never appoint such an individual to become an Ameer who seeks for it or harness a desire in his heart for it.
3. Even after the edict by Darul uloom Deoband the behavior of the said person has not changed. Such that the actions due to which he was marked to be straying away (from Ahlus sunnah) some of these (actions) were again repeated.
In my humble opinion this cannot be merely termed as an “ incorrect Mas’alah†and be ignored. Since the result of such 'incorrect Masail' are severely devastating and dreadful.
The words of the said person with regards to mobile fones with camera “ Those ulema who admit the permissibility of keeping mobile fones in pockets while praying Namaz are ulema e soo†( using even harsher words)
Such that any scholar or Mufti of the world who has gained proper education and insight would only give permissibility of the Namaz. Now as per the saying of this person all these ulema have become ulema e soo. As if there does not exists any proper Alim or Mufti in this world.
Now those people who have been impressed by the Mas’alah and lecture of this person have also been inflicted with hatred towards these ulema and Muftiyan karaam. Thus they shall drift away from ulema.
His misinterpretation of Hazrat Musa (Alaihis salam) incident, the issue of those connected with Tazkiyah, downgrading the importance of khanqah in the eyes of public, his saying that places where Hidaya is attained are only Masajids, his bitter words that degraded the significance of Madaris in the hearts of common folks.
His sayings that accepting wages by teaching deen amounts to selling of deen, fornicators shall enter paradise before those who impart lessons of Qur’an.. accepting wages, are all very dangerous.
Let alone any sensible scholar even a sensible believer shall deem inappropriate to bring forth such statements over his tongue. What shall be the status of ulema in the hearts of people after such talk?
The consequence of each erroneous talk of the said person shall only result in discrediting the various branches of deen and to criticize the people of knowledge. Hence it cannot be termed as an “incorrect Mas’alahâ€
4. The result of this conflict in ummah is nothing but division and turmoil. The conflict which leads to exchange of profanities & violence shall be termed as an assault of shaytan not Ikhtilaaf (disagreement) of ulema.
Allamah Shami رحمة الله عليه states that "Ikhtilaaf of ulema is a mercy" does not surmise every ikhtilaf of ulema as mercy. Such that it pertains to the ikhtilaaf in legal ramifications (Masail fur'oo) of the Mujhtahideen which results in flexibility for the masses.
5. It is clearly apparent from above mentioned texts that to work with the methodology of shura in Dawat and Tableegh shall only prove beneficial for the ummah. The preservation and benefit of the work is only concealed in it.
