Alhamdulillah by the fadhl of Allah سبحانه وتعالى a new Tableeghi world shura has been formed. The following has been confirmed through reliable sources who were present there.

I shall post the original letter followed by Translation later at the end إن شاء الله ..

Translation:

Allah Rabbul Izzat had in this era, through the personality of Hazratji Maulana Muhammed Ilyas sahab رحمة الله عليه , without any apparent resources, for revival of deen in the whole world, And in accordance of the way of the Prophet (saw)

rekindled the striving for deen. Laying its foundation with struggle and sacrifice.

Before his passing away and upon his own insistence, through the unanimous decision by Mashwara of convergent thinkers of the time, selected Hazratji Maulana Yousuf sahab رحمة الله عليه as the Zimmedar ( or Ameer of Tableegh).

who, on the lines of Hazratji Maulana Ilyas sahab رحمة الله عليه and in the light of Qur’an, blessed Hadith, Seerat Nabawi (saw)

and the blessed lives of the noble Sahabah (radh), explained the motives and method of the work. Thus firmly holding the scales of balance, he presented forth the detailed roadmap of the work before the ummah. And the work spread throughout the world.

Upon the passing away of Hazratji Maulana Yousuf sahab رحمة الله عليه, Shaikh ul Hadeeth Hazrat Maulana Muhammed Zakariyya رحمة الله عليه through the mashwara of convergent thinkers, ceded the responsibility of this blessed work to Hazratji Maulana Inamul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه

He did a lot of work, preserved the Nahaj (manner) of tableegh. And to guard the real Nahaj of the work which was now spread to faraway lands, with the Mashwara of his near ones, made the arrangement of ‘shura’ in different countries.

At some places, an Ameer was made along with the Shura and elsewhere made arrangement to select an arbiter by turns, from amongst the people of Mashwara.

Thus to supervise the work & its progress spreading the entire nation, he constituted a shura of ten people around himself who under the supervision of Hazratji رحمة الله عليه took all the working shura & individuals from everywhere under its wings.

After the demise of Hazratji رحمة الله عليه the ‘shura’ remained working on the same nahaj on which the previous three Akabir had taken course.

On November 2015, Nizamuddin, Raiwind, Bangladesh and old workers/ zimmedars from different nations felt the need to complete the shura established by Hazratji رحمة الله عليه of which eight people had passed away and only two remained. Such that the nahaj and methodology of this work was preserved.

And whenever the need for any additions or corrections was observed, it could be executed through the complete unanimity of the shura, such that collectivity was maintained. And that no practice would be initiated either at Nizamuddin, Raiwind or Kakarayel without the approval of this shura.

In the course of absence of any shura member (by demise), the shura then has to fill the void through the consensus of minimum two third of the shura. Such that the existence of shura is maintained. This blessed work belongs to the ummah and is a collective responsibility.

After discussions and taking opinions from old workers of every place, this shura including the names of Hazrat Haji Abdul Wahhab sahab (db) and Hazrat Maulana Muhammed Saad sahab (db) has added the following names. Insha Allah this shura in future shall be comprised of 13 individuals.

1. Hazrat Maulana Ibrahim Dewla (db) (Nizamuddin)

2. Hazrat Maulana Yaqoob saharanpuri (db) (Nizamuddin)

3. Hazrat Maulana Ahmed Laat (db) (Nizamuddin)

4. Hazrat Maulana Zuhairul Hasan (db) (Nizamuddin)

5. Hazrat Maulana Nazrur Rahman (Raiwind)

6. Hazrat Maulana Abdur Rahman (Raiwind)

7. Hazrat Maulana ubaidullah Khurshid (db) (Raiwind)

8. Hazrat Maulana Zia ul Haq (db) (Raiwind)

9. Hazrat Qari Zubair sahab (db) (kakarayel)

10. Hazrat Maulana Rabeul Haq (Kakarayel)

11. Bhai Wasif ul Islam (kakarayel)

The five shura members in this shura from Nizamuddin would constitute the Mashwara at Nizamuddin and this Shura shall oversee the general functioning of Nizamuddin through Mashwara.

Hazrat Haji Abdul Wahhab sahab (db) Confirms that the above undersigned letter was sent by him to different Marakiz of the world.

It should also be known that Hazrat Maulana Saad sahab (db) was not in favour of making any Shura and opposed repeated requests by the Akabireen of Raiwind, Nizamuddin and Bangladesh for reasons best known to Him.

May Allah سبحانه وتعالى guard this blessed work from all evil eyes & keep us All United.. Ameen..

Hazrat Maulana Tariq Jameel sahab (db) confirms that a shura was indeed formed at the Raiwind Ijtema and that he was present throughout the discussions there.

He also confirms that the signatures on the (above posted) Shura letter are all genuine and that he himself signed it.

This puts an end to all the confusion Alhamdulillah.

السلام عليكم

A Beautiful Reminder sent by someone very dear

" Allah سبحانه وتعالى does what He سبحانه وتعالى wants. It is his sunnah that a thing starts.., reaches its peak and then start declining. This decline does not occur at the level of ideas, this almost always occur at the level of the "Abqariat and Jamiyat" ( The proximity with Allah سبحانه وتعالى and collectivity) of personalities leading that particular effort."Tareekhe dawat o Azeemat" ( by Hazrat Maulana Syed Abul Hasan Ali sahab Nadwi رحمة الله عليه ) is full of such events.

There are many many hikmah in such phenomenon, the one is being to keep the Ummah safe for developing cult like structures. So one particular effort starts,achieves what was destined for it....but then a time comes when it has to be replaced.

Even in Salasil .., We have seen this phenomenon. It is like a swimming pool which is full of water and we can see the bright sun shining in it.

Then, with the passage of time,the water becomes stagnant.., impure.., polluted....and the owner of the swimming pool changes the water.

There was a time when Mujaddidiyah Silsila was the key to success..,specially when Hazrat Mujaddad رحمة الله عليه was alive...,he spoke very high of his silsila....and he was absolutely right.

At that time, the Sun was reflecting through the water of Naqshbandiah....with minimum efforts the salikeen of that silsila would reach dizzy heights....but this was not the case before or after him.

A time came when the water was changed.., and the same status was given to silsila Imdadia......but for how long? Only Allah knows.

I always think, that the key to understanding the events of this world is HISTORY.

Whether it is nations..,movements.. or personalities....whether things related to Dunya or Akhera....you see the same phenomenon repeating itself again and again.You will never see a change in the Sunna of Allah سبحانه وتعالى.

Hazrat Maulanal Ilyas sahab رحمة الله عليه was possessed by Tabligh...not because of his own thinking. When Allah سبحانه وتعالى wants something done..., He puts the importance of it in the hearts in such a powerful way that the person concerned sees nothing.. , feels nothing.., thinks of nothing.., but of that particular work.

To him that work becomes more important than his life.The whole creation seems to help him in unison to achieve his objectives. Miracles follow him, Nusrat from Allah سبحانه وتعالى remains at his side....and success beyond imagination awaits him in near future.

Then his immediate successors have the same zeal, but lesser. The one who follows them even less.....till a time comes that the people are left to their own efforts,..according to their own wisdom.....and when such hints come to fore, those who understand knows that 'the time for the change of water' has come."
