It's Qadam Hain BILAL AAJ - not bila laaj...It's referring to Hadhrat Bilal R.A

That is what I'd thought originally but I was told it's "Bila Laaj".

Can anyone else confirm which it is?

EDIT: I've confirmed that the Nasheed is referring to Hadhrat Bilal - Lyric words updated to "Bilal Aaj".
