Assalaamu alaykum,

I have invested hours of my time in compiling Muslim names for boys and girls.

My website is probably amongst a minority that has strict English transliteration. I've gone for quality over quantity and I still have a list of over 20 names pending until they are properly verified.

Please scrutinise my website for errors and please give me some tips for improvement! In shaa Allaah.

-Try adding meanings to the names

- Try making navigation easier, for example a button for male names and female names and a button for the alphabetic letter so people can narrow it down with ease, as no one wants to be pressing 'next next ' for ages, in the end people will become fed up and close the site/or go elsewhere.

if you could do something like askmufti.co.za has.. options on the top..
besides that if you could post up the sources where you get the information from

Add a pdf version of Mufti Taqi Uthmani's Muslim/Islamic names too.

  • Added a basic temporary post for mobile phone users to navigate the website.
