Like any other jamaat, tabligh must be allowed that their members are not distributed by other jamaats.
And tablighis must not disturb members active in other jamaats.
If it is khanqah bayan, no one does tashkeel for 4 months.
If it is bayan for charity for madrasah, no one does tashkeel for 4 months.
If it is recruiting for khilafat establishment, no one does tashkeel for 4 months.
And from tablighi platform, only tashkeel for 4 months must be allowed, nothing else, moving on two boats is dangerous.
