I didn't know opendrive has a bandwidth limit. I guess you'll have to wait unless TFS doesn't mind uploading them somewhere else?

@TFS: As the files aren't too large, why don't you just attach them to the post like a normal attachment? There'll be no more bandwidth issues and it can be downloaded too
