I'm not sure what you've pasted in the media URL field but you need to paste the full URL of the media. Also, the URL has to be a media file (mp3, ram, wma etc). You can remove all the extra HTML.

And if you want to embed the audio, use the code below and paste the media URL after src=

[code:1]<EMBED src=http://SRC_OF_FILE width=300 height=40>[/code:1]
