In Sheffield, Northern England the uzbekistani shaykh Atabek Shukurov is keeping a school called "Avicienna Academy". They offer courses in fiqh, aqidah, hadith, arabic etc.. One can study individual courses or enroll in so called "Scholarship Programmes" in hanafi or shafii maslak. These take three years in full time mode or six years in part time. A year costs 1000 pounds which makes around 1700$.
There is also a private school for primary and secondary grade students.

The majority of students is desi.

That was the informational part. What I got to say about it is that this project is indeed a great threat to muslims in the UK and other countries who get influenced by it through the internet. Atabek Shukurov is indeed one of the leaders of apostasy and disbelief, a caller to the depths of hellfire and he knows how to convey his understandings so that people accept it easily. His teaching assistents are apostates likewise and they are building a new movement which outruns all movements before in terms of zandaqat. There are many deviants but no one of them claims orthodoxy from the view of the madhhabs in a manner like this.

Since they are against both deobandis and barelvis they can be opposed easily. A spread of their movement and maybe also schools will cause a big number of people calling themselves muslims while they are in fact the worst apostates. Muslims in the UK should be aware of them and do something to stop this tremendous problem.

[Edit: Link removed]

The stance of the Hanafi School will be explored with supporting evidence from various academic sources.

Similarly, it would be Waajib to uncover the face in contemporary society because of the ruling of fitnah. The niqaab causes negative attention in the media and in society and therefore, wearing of the niqaab results in a lack of trust within the society and can sometimes alienate Muslim women and result in causing an even bigger fitnah. For this reason wearing the niqaab in Europe would be classifies as Makrooh Tahreeman according to those who are in authority to deliver fatwas in Europe. This is why it is conditional that those jurists making these decisions are aware of cultural norms and traditions (Urf) of the particular vicinity they are living in.

Both barelwis and deobandis must tackle them. They are apostates and talk against everyone else. Mawlana Desai needs to make takfir of them but also others who are from England. It won't be difficult to unite against them since they push away anyone who disagrees with them for example also the followers of Yaqoubi.

I have been very close to some brothers from Uzbekistan. Their whole country is plagued by apostasy and modernism.

Btw. I would assume that this group is quite unknown to Muslims in UK, so a major public refutation would be used by them to gain more publicity. Maybe they should be advised by some concerned local Ulama, that's how most issues in SA are settled.

They negate many parts of Islam. Among them are very important ones not only things like the niqab where there is room for some interpretation. They negate death penalties for apostasy and adultery, Jizya, the right of God over the blood of humans, hell for non-muslims, music being forbidden, secularism being disbelief. These points constitute clear disbelief.

I meant Ahmad Sadiq Desai.

The link in the OP for the academy has been removed, the information in the posts is sufficient, a request to avoid posting links to the academy due to the inaccurate nature of contents.

They are not well known yet but I think this will change with the time. They gained a lot of followers recently through their programms and the blog Asharis:Assemble which I always call Apostates:Assemble. What they preach finds great appreciation amongst muslims who have problem with their faith. They have methods of undermining their critics with pseudo intellectual arguments, arrogance and claiming to follow "true hanafi opinions". Everyone who opposes them is called salafi, wahhabi, deobandi, barelvi.... In some cases they use the madhhab while in others they follow the best proofs. Basically there is no way in engaging them academically. The one who falls in their trap has no chance to come out of it. It's over for him.

A quote from Imam Ghazali regarding their likes:

"The second group of people: a section that inclines away from the true belief, such as the kafirs and deviant innovators. The averse and vulgar are among these; those of weak minds that are stuck in blind imitation and are argumentative based on falsehood from the beginning of their lives until old age. Nothing works on this group except the whip and the sword. Most of the kafirs became Muslims under the shadow of the swords, because Allah does by the sword and the spear what He does not do by proofs and words. From this, if you read history, you will not read about any battle between Muslims and blasphemers without there being some of them that become Muslims, and you will not find a debate that did not increase anything but [antagonistic] insistence and stubbornness."
