1. “(Rasulullah ﷺ said), ‘I have not seen anyone more deficient in intellect or deen. Yet the mind of even a resolute man might be swept away by one of you.' They said, 'In what way is our deen and intellect deficient, Messenger of Allah?' He said, 'Is not the testimony of a woman worth only half that of a man?' They said, 'Yes.' He said, 'That is how your intellect is deficient. Is it not so that when a woman is menstruating, she neither prays nor fasts?' They said, 'Yes.' He said, 'That is how her deen is deficient.'” – (Bukhari; Book of Menstruation, Chapter of Menstruating Women Abstaining from Fast)

2. Narrated Hakam ibn Amr that the Messenger of Allah (saw) forbade men to perform ablution with the water left over by a woman. -- Sunan Ibn Majah, Hadith no.373 Chapter No. 2

3. Narrated Abdullah bin Abbas Ikrimah reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas, saying: I think the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: When one of you prays without a sutrah, a dog, an ass, a pig, a Jew, a Magian, and a woman cut off his prayer, but it will suffice if they pass in front of him at a distance of over a stone's throw. -- Hadith no: 704

4. Narrated Abdullah bin Umar : I heard the Prophet (SAW) saying. "Evil omen is in three things: The horse, the woman and the house." -- Sahih Bukhari Chapter No. 54, Hadith no. 119.

5. Narrated Abu Hurairah :that the Prophet (saw) said: "The prayer is severed by a woman, a dog and a donkey." -- Sunan Ibn Majah Chapter No: 7, Hadith no: 950.

6. It was narrated that Aishah had a male slave and a female slave who were married. She said: "O Messenger of Allah (saw), I want to free them both." The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "If you free them, then start with the man before the woman." -- Hadith no: 2532

7. The Chapters on Manumission (of Slaves) : Shurahbil bin Simt I said to Kab bin Murrah, tell us a Hadith from the Messenger of Allah (saw), but be careful. He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say: "Whoever frees a Muslim man, he will be his ransom from the Fire; each of his bones will suffice (as a ransom) for each of his bones. Whoever frees two Muslim women, they will be his ransom from the Fire; each of their two bones will suffice (as a ransom) for each of his bones." -- Sunan Ibn Majah Chapter No. 22, Hadith no. 2522

8. Narrated Ibn Abbas: " The Prophet said: "I was shown the Hell-fire and that the majority of its dwellers were women who were ungrateful." It was asked, "Do they disbelieve in Allah?" (or are they ungrateful to Allah?) He replied, "They are ungrateful to their husbands and are ungrateful for the favors and the good (charitable deeds) done to them. If you have always been good (benevolent) to one of them and then she sees something in you (not of her liking), she will say, 'I have never received any good from you."" -- Sahih Bukhari Chapter No. 2, Hadith no: 29

9. Usama bin Zaid رضي الله عنه reported that Allah's Messenger ﷺ said, "I stood at the door of Paradise and I found that the overwhelming majority of those who entered therein was that of poor persons and the wealthy persons were detained to get into that. The denizens of Hell were commanded to get into Hell, and I stood upon the door of Fire and the majority amongst them who entered there was that of women." – (Muslim; Kitabul Riqaq, Chapter of Majority of People of Jannah are the Poor and Majority of the People of Hell are Women and Fitnah by Women)

10. It was narrated that Abu Bakrah said: When the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) heard that the people of Persia had appointed the daughter of Chosroes as their queen, he said, “No people will ever prosper who appoint a woman in charge of them.”-- Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 4163.

pls ignore above post. its incomplete.

Respected Sister,
first of all women are not equal to men.. we have to accept this fact.. can a woman do what men do? everything? no? imagine going to the Mosque 5times a day. imagine taking kids. We cannot complete out work even without going there. . Imagine standing in Taraweeh for soo long. ( I mean all ladies of all ages etc) Islam treats the weak lady like a Queen.Pray nicely at home. get same reward..

Anyway, if you we are different and for example( I am not agreeing with the title or saying that in Islam men get more reward women get less) and are treated differently, what's the issue?

These are not dishonouring women. The first Hadeeth translation is pretty poor. But the message is sound and correct. Not to be disrespectful in any way but the Hadeeth is about the deficiency in the intelligence and Deen of a women. You are proving both to be correct.

2nd Hadeeth:
How is this dishonouring women? If you knew the lust levels of males you'd understand the Hadeeth. Some men even take pleasure when they're spat at by a female. This is about Wudhu.

3rd Hadeeth:
Aisha (RAA) was also offended by these questions from Sahabah. There's much information on this subject which you should read before attributing dishonouring to it.

4th Hadeeth:
Complete contrary to dishonouring if you understand the Hadeeth.

5th Hadeeth:
See 3rd Hadeeth comment

6th Hadeeth:
There are Nikah rules, male responsibility rules and honour in this Hadeeth. There are many commentary books which you should read if you truly want to understand. The actual source is Sunan Ibn Majah, chapter 22, Hadith 2532

7th Hadeeth:
Study why in a few things like testimony etc one male = two females.

8th Hadeeth:
I think women agree with this. No point answering it.

9th Hadeeth:
Is what the Prophet (s.a.w.) saw "fact" or "opinion"? Is it dishonouring women or warning the Ummah? Be careful what you doubt out of feminism or personal troubles as it can take one very close to the borders of Kufr.

10th Hadeeth:
Check history. Not that the perfect words of the Prophet (s.a.w.) needs history to approve it.

11th Hadeeth:
Clearly you're not married

Reply to @Hurdle, the OP

Let me guote the cross talk I hear from the non-muslim ladies in my work place.

During first few months when these ladies took their job, they use to tease Islam, "Islam doesn't give freedom, doesn't treat them well etc." (a similar thinking like yours). This was a decade back...

Now the SAME ladies, I hear from them, "when we took the job, it was optional, today it is compulsory, This man's wife (mine) is living a life, like in heaven" (honestly speaking they want to guit their jobs and take care of their families, but their husbands strongly disallow).

I don't celebrate, but Honestly I feel pity for them.

In our childhood days, as part of syllabus we were taught masail (islamic rulings), we memorize them, but could not understand them. They were related to adults.

When we grew we understood them. And as we grow more, more masail are being understood by us. It shall continue till our death.

So Islam is true, but truth gets revealed as we grow.

IF we don't understand certain matters pertaining to Islam then as long as these matters are established from Quran qnd Sunnah the fault is our intellect.

I say so because many things are stories handed down to us and not Islam so our job is to consult the Ulama, establish reliable authenticity and then practise.
