Apologies.. there is a lot of material in that link including some scans from Al Maslak Al Mansur fi Radd Al kitab Al Mastur by Shaikh ul Hadees Hazrat Maulana Muhammed Sarfaraz Khan Safdar sahab رحمة الله عليه in refutation of the Mamati Maulvi Neylawi.

The issues of mamati would normally come under discussions of "Simaa' al Mautaa". Hadhrat Ml. Sarfaraz Khan Safdar rahimahullah has a couple of books touching the subject.

But, this is the the only detailed discussion/compilation on the issue I know of. I am still reading it as yet. It does give a good synopsis of what the problem/issue is about.
