and in the vicinity of his resting place? Should we banish the hadith of Rasoolullah because YOU think the ummah will not gain anything? Do you even care about the command of Allah and His Rasool ?
. Got to give to them they did have a lot of adaab and love for seen. Dome can be removed respectively brick by brick with minimal noise and disruption or better still build a around it a square shape structure. Kills two birds with one stone. Dome is gone and no one is upset. Plus it won't resemble a shrine or anything
makes one understand the prohibition of such things in Islam. This is the practice of the Christians, not the Muslims. But some Muslims seem to know better than Rasoolullah himself. This thing that they built is not going to be removed any time soon. But if the people are sincere then they should at least remove it from their homes and masajid as it seems to have become a thing of bidah. We don't have symbolism in Islam like the Jews and the Christians. Our Deen is pure. We only have one focus and that is towards Allah. If Allah wanted us to have a symbol then He would have given us one. Instead, like the yahood and nasara we have given one to ourselves it seems.
. Building domes over tombs is a sin. We know both of these facts through hadith. Can you substantiate your claim that hammering the dome in this dunya would hurt the Prophet ?
