Actions speak louder than words. It doesn't matter what the 82 year old king says when his 32 year old child has usurped the throne

This post has been reported. It could be due to breaking rules or something as simple as bad use of bbcodes which breaks the page format. We will attend to this soon.

There's a brother Kausar Uddin from Edinburgh who tripped over in Umrah and accidentally fell against a guard. The guards all jumped on him and dragged him away. They beat him up really badly and locked him away. It took 6 months or more I believe for his distraught family to get him released. Only the British passport saved him. Imagine he didn't have that. There's thousands from other countries who have been locked up, tortured and even made to disappear, never to be seen again. No one reports their stories. Only the widow and orphan children can tell you. Kausar Uddin's story got reported only because he is British citizen otherwise he too would have been tortured to death and no one would be none the wiser. It's terrible that scholars not only speak about these crimes but also praise them. Like you said only if it happens directly to them will they start speaking out.

Tragic. 10 months away in prison and house arrest in a foreign land. Business collapsed. Family probably had to survive on handouts. Huge debts. Mentally scarred for life. And the guards who did this are probably all laughing at the news report. Looks like anyone can do you over and there's no recourse to justice. Even in the west you got more chance of justice.
