Donald Trump's team 'discussing plans for Muslim registration system'

Donald Trump's policy advisors are discussing plans to establish a registry for Muslim immigrants in the US, a man believed to be a key member of the President-elect's transition team has revealed.

Kris Kobach, the secretary of state for Kansas, said the President-elect's advisors were looking at how to implement a proposal suggested by the billionaire businessman that would force immigrants from Muslim countries to register on a database.

Mr Kobach, who helped devise tough immigration laws in a number of US states and claims to have participated in regular conference calls with Mr Trump's immigration advisers, also said the Trump administration could push ahead rapidly on construction of a US-Mexico border wall without seeking immediate congressional approval.

The hardline immigration official, whose role has not been confirmed by the president-elect's transition team but who is thought to be a favourite for the role of Attorney General, said the immigration group had discussed drafting executive orders for the president-elect's review “so that Trump and the Department of Homeland Security hit the ground running.”

The Muslim registration scheme, which would reportedly see Muslims given a form of identification that notes their religion, reflects policies Mr Trump put forward during his campaign to introduce “extreme vetting” of Muslims through tougher security measures.

Such a program would echo a registration system created under Mr Bush's presidency, which Mr Kobach helped design, and which required thousands of Arab and Muslim visitors and temporary US residents to register with the state, but was abandoned in 2011 after it was criticised for unfairly targeting immigrants from Muslim-majority nations.

Created in 2002 following the 9/11 attacks, the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System (NSEER) required Muslims from countries where extremist organisations were active to provide information about themselves, undergo interviews with officials and periodically notify the government of their whereabouts.

The registration program, which focused on visitors and non-citizen men over the age of 16 from more than 24 specially designated countries, sparked wide controversy and was deemed redundant in 2011 following complaints from civil libertarians.

In the interview, Mr Kobach said immigration advisers were also looking at how the Homeland Security Department could move rapidly on Mr Trump's plans to build a wall between the US and Mexico without approval from Congress, acknowledging that “future fiscal years will require additional appropriations.”

Mr Trump presented a hardline stance on Muslims in the US during his election campaign, making a call to temporarily ban all Muslims from entering the country and proposing the introduction of special ID cards for American Muslims during a debate over Syrian refugees entering the country.

While the billionaire appeared to pull back on the anti-Muslim rhetoric immediately after he was elected, Mr Trump has since indicated he still plans to follow through on his plans.

In an interview on Sunday the billionaire businessman told CBS' 60 Minutes show he would deport two to three million undocumented immigrants “immediately” upon taking office, and confirmed he still planned to “build a wall”, although he added that some parts of the barrier would in fact be a fence.

The President-elect is also reportedly considering appointing as his deputy security advisor the vice-president of a think-tank that has said Muslims are infiltrating the American government.

Mr Kobach reportedly said in the interview that he believed that illegal immigrants in some cases should be deported before a conviction if they have been charged with a violent crime, echoing Mr Trump's recent pledge to remove immigrants with criminal records who are in the country illegally.

The immigration hardliner also said the president-elect's immigration advisors had discussed ways of overturning President Barack Obama's 2012 executive action that has granted temporary deportation relief and work permits to more than 700,000 undocumented people who came to the United States as children of illegal immigrants.

Step 1: Make Muslims generally evil
Solution: Create a new pearl harbor
Success: 9/11 created

Step 2: Diminish human rights in the name of security
Solution: Create agencies to "protect"
Success: NSA, CTU, Anti-terror bills etc

Step 3: Put Muslims on a leash like dogs
Solution: Profiling
Success: Ongoing

Step 4

Stigmatise and silence all muslim dissenting voices, that is advocacy groups institutions, masjids and leaders as being radical.

Solution: Declare the Muslim Brotherhood as terrorist organisation. Then claim all of those who speak up for and in defence of Islam and muslims are connected to Muslim Brotherhood.

Chances of Success .... Process is In the Works should come into fruition soon.. with European countries following suit.

Before step one was implemented, the masses needed to be brainwashed into believing falseness, false news and debunk any attempt of the truth coming out - call them "conspiracy theories" and allow intelligent Muslim's to be fooled with other lies.

Make them hear what they need to hear!

Unfortunately, this has already happened too. Educated Muslim's shun everything away saying, "it's a 'conspiracy' it's not true" and so on.

You hope that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia get "bombed" by USA?

Are in your senses? Are you sick or something?
You need some serious "islah".
You look like a 2 year old, who's got hold of someone's keyboard.

Your language and your behavior is completely against the Sunnah of Rasoolullah (SAW).
You seem to be mentally ill.

I hope you get banned.

Lets drop the emotion out of the issue and discuss problem for the sake of finding a resolution.

Shaytaan will always find ways to turn people against Muslims and Islam so that's a given. The issue here is our (own) Muslims.

I was speaking to a Maulana a few weeks ago and I said instead of making calls for uniting the Ummah demonstrate it with your action.

He asked me what I meant?

I said next time when Mufti Rafi Usmani (HA) comes to England ensure:

  1. Talk is in English
  2. Given in a Salfi or Non-Deobandi Masjid
  3. Have him visit Dr Haitham Hadaad, Dr Akram Nadwi Shaykh Abdl Hakim Murad etc...Not call them but go to their Mosque or Institues and at least meet in private and ensure that it is well publicised.
  4. Have this repeated again and again and again with most of the Akabir coming from India/Pakistan

Why do all our Ulama insist on giving unity Bayans in 100% Deobandi Gujratee Masjids and Majalis? Who are they addressing???

I must add that it is not the fault of the Akabir as they don't live in this country (their programs are arranged by the local chamchay)

Nothing will change until the Ummah is pulling in one direction. We should admit our differences and move on.

He replied in typical Sufi fashion...

I am too much of a Junior to say something in front of my Akabir...Main Chota Aaadmi aur Akabir Kahan.

This same Maulana has a lot of influence but the issue is that if Mufti Taqi Usmani (HA) turned up in a Salafi (or at least a Non-Deobandi) Masjid it will make him look like a hyprocrite and that's the issue.

All of his talks, writings, blogs are about "Deoband Zandabad" so he can't take Mufti Taqi Usmani (HA) to a Non-Deobandi place, can he?

Mufti Taqi Usmani (HA) in turn doesn't live in UK so he has no clue which Mosque he should go to or whom he should visit. He is surrounded by people who are "Yes Sir, No Sir"...

Take a look at Twitter where someone posted a Selfie of a Hotel Room and it said:

Me sitting on the Sofa in Mufti Saheb's Hotel Room

How big of a Nafs do you have to have to post selfies on Mufti Taqi Saheb (HA)'s Sofa?

People should clearly begin to notice:

  1. Who hosts Mufti Taqi Usmani (HA) and major Pakistani Uama and this includes Scholars and Mosques
  2. Who hostsmajor Indian Uama and this includes Scholars and Mosques

If only people knew what actually happens behind the scenes...

And you know the most astonishing thing?

Mufti Rafi Usmani (HA) gave the following talks on Unity and you have blogs from British and other Ulama negating his Bayans that he actually meant this or that

www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ku3KcJfjQXk

Astounding stuff...

A large number laymen (Deobandees, Baralwees and Salafees) don't really have much to lose if the Ummah is united.  Masjids, Institues and (certain) Ulama have a lot to lose. Masjid in UK openly say that they will lose Chanda if we had ONE EID! Problem now is that they are now loosing to Salafees who have Eidgahs up and down the country :lol

The single major Alim in UK which you have to admire is (Shaykh) Maulana Saleem Dhorat (HA), he is class above the rest. If only we had others (at his level) with similar sense and sensibilities.

Same old non sense year in year out.

We all know what steps to take and mean it. But for some reason Muslim's have the habit of doing a 360° turn and the Ulama have the innocence (excuse) to say, "They had no idea what was happening outside of the mosque".

Complete waste of resources, but hey, at least we can say "We did our bit"

This post has been reported. It could be due to breaking rules or something as simple as bad use of bbcodes which breaks the page format. We will attend to this soon.
