Assalam alaikum,
Anas reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed: "O Allah, keep me poor in this life and let me die poor." When A'isha, may Allah be pleased with her, asked the reason for this prayer, the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, "The poor will take 40 year march over others in getting into Paradise. O A'isha! Let no destitute go disappointed from your door; give him something even if it be a date, love the poor and let him come near to you, for then Allah will let you come near to Himself." [Tirmidhi, Baihaqi].
It is stated that the poor will be the first to enter jannah. There suffering in this world is unimaginable. Wealth and poverty is decreed by Allah سبحانه وتعالى He knows best. Despise not the rich or envy the poor.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) enjoined upon Muslims to treat the poor kindly and to help them with alms, Zakat, and in other ways. He said (peace and blessings be upon him) : “He is not a perfect Muslim who eats his fill and lets his neighbor go hungry.”He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, “Do you love your Creator? Then love your fellow beings first.”
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
