Pophet peace be upon him said:
نعمتان مغبون فيها كثير من الناس الصحة و الفراغ
Of the bounties of Allah, there are two which the people greatly misunderstood. One is the blessing of good health and the other is of leisure and freedom.

Bukhari
--------------------------------------
We should try and make the most of of our good health and free time.
So long as people enjoy good health, they are under the misconception that this blessing of good health is to last them for good and so they stop doing good things deceiving themselves.

But a time comes when their health declines and they becme/are unable to do what they had been putting off.

While man is young and in good health, he is able to do alot of good deeds and worship, but he assures himself by making false intentions that he has sufficient time. In this way, he goes postponing the deed until his youth gives way to oldage and he loses strength.

Then he longs for doing some good for the hereafter but he is unable to do so.

A muslim is a mirror for another muslim.
-----------------------------------------------
When we look at the mirror, it tells us alot about ourselves. Just as a mirror informs the person looking into it of his faults, Likewise a muslim should inform his muslim brother about his faults. The mirror always tells the truth. IT makes the fault claer. We should also inform each other of the faults.

the prophet p.b.u.said man sama ta naja "who ever keeps quiet will succeed",

now adays our tounge gets us in to so much trouble, due to the lack of control we have , we lose freinds because we said something that we didnt mean but the sad thing is we have to much pride to ask for forgiveness, if we act upon the hadith am sure that it will benifit us and not only that but it may also be our means for jannah, i pray to allah that he makes me of those who will enter jannah, and also all of you out there.

One of my fav hadith, a reminder to us all that life isn't a peice of cake to the beliver, its going to have its ups and downs, tawakkul in ALLAH سبحانه وتعالى is the way to pass through this prison. (Please note these are just my thoughts and arn't a commentary on the hadith or anything)

Bukhari, Volume 9, Book 93, Number 485:
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr:

Abu Bakr As-Siddiq said to the Prophet "O Allah's Apostle! Teach me an invocation with which I may invoke Allah in my prayers." The Prophet said, "Say: O Allah! I have wronged my soul very much (oppressed myself), and none forgives the sins but You; so please bestow Your Forgiveness upon me. No doubt, You are the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
