I am powerless oh Muslim,
All the atrocities I have witnessed,
The bloodshed,
The torture,
The crumbling of houses by bulldozers,
The daily massacre of innocent civilians,
I look down on them the small children, the youth of our time,
Fighting which such zeal, such courage,
Such strong minds do they possess,
Fighting,
Fighting against ak47's against guns, bulldozers, and the latest warfare technology,
I see the hate in their eyes,
I see determination, will power and strength of mind, body and soul,
They fight with such pride a promise of victory in their small hearts,
As the tears fall from their small innocent eyes,
As their hearts bleed for the loss of their mother, the one who bore them with such pain, the loss of their father who gave them all the love and affection they could ever hope for,
They try,
They try so hard to fight,
To fight the murderers,
The terrorists with small stones,
Stones made of sand and mud,
Stones that do not fire,
Stones that do not harm,
Stones that can only cause a bruise, or even a wound,
And yet I am powerless oh Muslim,
I cannot help them oh Muslim,
Each time the sun rises,
It brings a beautiful new day,
A new future,
For these poor children, these poor youth,
I t brings another day of shootings,
Of killings,
Of murders,
Of a one-sided war,
Of a fight for land,
Oh Muslim I am but powerless,
I can see and witness the injustice,
The oppression,
The murders,
Oh Muslim I am but powerless,
I can hear the gunshots,
The crumbling of houses,
The screams,
The shouts,
The cries,
The small cry of a child,
As his leg is blown off,
As his mother is shot,
In cold blood,
Before his large black innocent eyes,
As his family is taken away from him,
One by one,
FOREVER,
Yet,
Oh Muslim,
Oh Muslim,
I am but powerless,
For I am but a cloud,
Floating up above,
I witness, see, look and hear the injustice the atrocities,
Oh Muslim,
Please,
Please help them,
For I am but a cloud,
Yet I have a creator,
who is omnipotent,
he is all powerful,
he is the all knowing,
he accepts the dua of the oppressed,
a dua that is not concealed by a veil,
and although I am powerless,
he Will give the children, the youth, the people,
a bright new day,
a rosy future,
Give them the justice they deserve,
The land that has and that will always be theirs.
