Well yes and no. Yes there is the need for istigfar but sending fwds like this don't help.
Posted earlier in August too :) People read it, pass it on and shun it away and that's the end of that, just like every other chain.
Looking on the bright side, at least it doesn't say pass on to 13 contacts otherwise you'll be the first to face the wrath.
