I would also suggest that books you read (ebooks) should be added here if not already there.

Disciplining the soul isn't a lot honestly ..just about 110 pages that too divided into many chapters.

I'm also thinking of listing the suggestions in my 1st post and people who are taking this method seriously can continue reading without having to wait for other's to complete.. Let's see.
