Asslamo Allaikum,

Shaykh (Maulana) Ashraf Ali Thanwi (RA) wrote an autobiography which is published in an Urdu book called Bees Badhay Musalman, does anyone have an English translation of it?

I don't think there exists a translation of the whole book. Online you can find translations of some parts of it or being used as reference, but nowhere the autobiography of Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (alayhi rahma).

Here is a English translation of Mufti Kifayatullah Dehlvi's (rahmatullah alayh) biography written by a student of him, from the same book.

I too use the Urdu version of the book.
And hazrat Thanwi (RA) is just one of so many scholars in that book.
