I don't know brother, I asked an Alim who knows Mufti Salejee sahab, months ago to ask him or give his contact, as he also difntt know what the SK stands for,he didn't reply as of yet. Ask brother Jinn too, he recommended me this book, I had pm issues, so he might not have received my pm when I sent him this very question. Then I didn't try further.

Please share if you get to know

Miswak is emphasised in the many Ahadith . The Prophet (sallalahu alayhi wa sallam) said:
Translation:
“Miswak is a means of purification of the mouth and is pleasing to Allah Ta`ala”
Translation:
Al-Mu'tamir narrated that his father said:"I heard Talq mentioning ten things that have to do with the Fitrah: Using the miswak, trimming the moustache, clipping the nails, washing the joints, shaving the pubic hair, rinsing the nose, and I am not sure about rinsing the mouth."
Translation:
Abu Hurairah (radiylahu anhu) narrated that Prophet (sallalahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "If it were not that it would be difficult on my ummah, I would have ordered them to use the miswak for each prayer."

Translation:
Shuraih asked 'Aishah (radiyallahu anha) What would the Prophet (sallalahu alayhi wa sallam) do as soon as he entered the house?" She replied: "(He would use) the miswak

Translation:
Aisha (radiyallahu anha) said, The Prophet (sallalahu alayhi wa sallam) died in my house on the day of my turn while he was leaning on my chest closer to my neck, and Allah made my saliva mix with his Saliva." `Aisha added, "`AbdurRahman came with a miswak and the Prophet (sallalahu alayhi wa sallam) was too weak to use it so I took it, chewed it and then (gave it to him and he) cleaned his teeth with it." .
There are two aspects to the miswak, one is cleansing of the mouth and the other is the miswak itself. One can use any other means to clean the mouth in the absence of miswak . Consider the following narration:
Using the finger suffices in the absence of Miswak
Therefore, if a person used a toothbrush in the absence of miswak the sunnah of cleansing the mouth will be for fulfilled. However one will not get the reward of using the miswak.

°Rasulullaah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) recited the following Du’aa after Iftaar:

TRANSLATION: The thirst has been quenched, the veins have been moistened, and the reward has been granted, Inshaa Allaah.
[Abu Dawood 2357, from Hadhrat Abdullaah bin Umar (radhiyallaahu ta'aalaa 'anhumaa)]

°When Rasulullaah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) terminated his fast (at Iftaar), he recited the following:

TRANSLATION: O Allaah! I have fasted for You and it is with sustenance from You that I terminate the fast.

Rasulullaah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, “Eat to your heart’s content whenever you pass by the gardens of Jannah.” When the Sahabah (Radhiyallaahu Ta’aalaa Anhum) asked what these gardens of Jannah were, Rasulullaah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) replied, “The Masaajid.” When they enquired what was meant by the eating, Rasulullaah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) explained, “The Dhikr of

Rasulullaah (صَلَّى ٱللهُ عَلَيهِ وَ سَلَّم) said, “The trustworthy money keeper will be counted as one of two givers of Sadaqah when he hands over the Sadaqah willingly to the person he has been instructed to pay.”
[Abu Dawood 1684, from Hadhrat Abu Moosa Ash'ari

Comment by an Alim*;
The two givers of Sadaqah will be the money keeper himself as well as the owner of the money who instructs the payment of the Sadaqah. The money keeper will therefore share in the reward of the Sadaqah when he fulfils the instruction happily.

*PS: Since the translation is edited by Mufti A H Elias Sahab, I don't know the name of the commenter
