Sounds good, what area's (geographically) do you cover. We have a few Islamic schools in London. Not sure what they have, but I'm sure we can pass on a link to the shura members.

Geographically we're starting with Newham/Hackney (London) but there isn't really a geographical target for this. Anyone can use it even if abroad (but currencies on system for fees is GBP (£)). If there's enough demand then multiple currencies can be considered.

AAWW Br,

Mashallah may allah make it a success. Theres another madresah management (software?) tool im aware of thats been around for about 5-6 years. Is this similar? (sorry cant remember its name)

"only ulama are involved" besides ulama are professionals which management, software, co-ordinating experience etc also involved? or are the ulama all/mostly themselves fully experienced within all/most of these fields too (with proven track record in delivering similar projects/programs to a successful conclusion) ?

The book contains a lot of presentations from my teacher and friend Shaykh (Maulana) Mohammad Asad (Walsall), graduate (Darul-uloom Deoband). May Allah (SWT) reward him in this world and the next (Ameen).

The only ability required for this project is technical know how on best methods, security, ease of data entry, usability and delivery of information.

The fact the it's Ulamaa is a bonus because of the insight to how Madaaris run and what they really need.

There's no software involved as we're not reselling anything. It's a purpose built system so this is the software.

Other than that, as it's not a charity or free thing, it will run as a business to ensure they get what they need and progress continues.

Alhamdulillah the response from here has been exceptional. I was also sent links to similar products. Below I will highlight why this may stand out.

1. Minimum data entry required.

Private/Islamic schools lack in management tools. They use Access, Excel and Word to accomplish simple tasks but this ends up being more cramped and unorganised over time. Daily data entry would be next to impossible with only 2 hours of evening Madrasah and the time managements need for other duties. For example, the student register is entered once a month (2 numbers for each student). This is 30 times less than other systems out there.

2. Experience in the sector

We have worked with Madaaris so knowing exactly what is needed ensures the best and most meaningful features are available

3. Affordable

Probably the key factor for most evening Madaaris

4. Ease of use

All efforts are made to keep features and functionality clear and simple. We hope that anyone who can use the internet will be able to fly through the system without any effort.

5. Feature requests

Not only are feature requests accepted but the system is built to update and upgrade itself once new features are available. This ensures there's less time updating or upgrading and management can continue seamlessly.

6. Encryption

Not many offer this hugely important feature. Data can be saved fully encrypted for that extra security.
