Its not true and its stupid to compare kashmir to palestine and such.

BTW, why is pakistan encroaching on indian state of kashmir since independance ? Guess the muslims of pakistan never heard of the hadith about unjustly usurping others' land ?

All the fighting involve the separatist group and rebels and military than will be involved. Plus the common man there is least interested. They want peace and that they will have being the state of india.

The pakistani state is in general not an islamic one but an apostate one. During Zia ul Haqs rule the islamic law was declared superior but after and before Zia ul Haq Pakistan was an apostate state and in no way better than India.
