This thread is to discuss Non Allopathic Medicine and personal experiences.
I used to work with a co-worker (PhD) who had about 12 dogs. One day we got into a discussion about Homeopathy so he said that he is sure that it works and I asked how can he be sure?
He said that hid dogs play around the break bones, get injured and one of his dogs broke his bone so the dog was subscribed Homeopathic medicines and the dog most certainly got better then every other dog.
He then repeated the experiement and sure enough it always worked.
So his assessment was that Placebo effect CANNOT work on dogs so the dog CANNOT think himself better.
My argument, "How about trust? Dog knows that you are the Master and it trusts you to give him something so isn't there an indirect placebo effect?"
