There has been no reason given. My post was EXACTLY on the topic of "fatwa vs taqwa" so how is it possible that it has gone out of view?

Have you seen the posts of "streetfighter" earlier? How is his inflammatory posts kept, and my one deleted immediately?

Okay fine but it says that my post was "reported". First it said it is awaiting to be authorzied. Then it was displayed in full. Then it said it's been "reported"! My question is what was it reported for and by who? It is very strange

Okay thanks for approving it. I'm not claiming anything, all I'm saying is to be fair in what is marked as a reported post.

Since Taalibah reported my post, my question is why? And why she found no reason to report streetfighter's inflammatory posts?

FYI, the post which was reported and marked for approval by admin, is my first post on this thread on page 3.

I'm not a member here, so don't know about how things work. But if there is only one admin, then it would make sense to be online more frequently.

Anyway this is standard experience on online Islamic forums - they never work smoothly

Without giving reason she instantly referred it to me. I was unaware of this and what she means is that once a post is deemed to be breaking rules, it's reported. Who said there's only one admin? Did you not read me stating "2nd admin" approving your post in my last post? And also, this is the very reason we have authorisers. Please respect the efforts of the authorisers who do their utmost best to keep the forum clean.

I find this forum running more smooth than any other I've seen. All forums have trolls but Alhamdulillah we have none (regular) and when there are (rarely), they're squashed like bugs by our amazing members.

I reported it at as I felt it would lead to dispute between guest poster and brother muadh, which would derail the topic, I wanted second opinion by reporting the post. In the meantime brother abu Mohammed checked the post and said the post was fine, so a request was made to sister admin to replace the post. Which was done. Jazakallah

Okay. Jazakumullahu khayran for taking time out to reply. I'm sorry I don't mean to accuse you of censorship, but it was a feeling, not an accusation/claim.

Anyway, I suppose nothing will be done with streetfighter. Let's ignore that topic and put it under the carpet, because only our precious members are allowed to "report" - if you're a guest, you are an outsider, so you will be kept at arms length, and treated low. In fact, your posts will get immediately "reported" on some weird suspicion about conflict between a "guest and a PRECIOUS member". Well, you can keep your precious members, but it would do well for you to rectify the issue being discussed on this thread, where your members are by and large happy in destroying the concept of TAQWA - especially if this website is run by a MUFTI

You can choose to not approve this post as you said you will not accept anything on this topic - yes, standard practice on online islamic forums. Maybe it'll be better to remove all posts except my first one, for the smooth reading of this thread.

I'm sorry I missed your point about 2nd admin. Okay so there are two admins. Mashallah. That's nice to know. Hope you are both doing well.

I did not read or approve streetfighters posts or report them, because I wasn't on ms at the time, there are also other authorizers on ms who check posts before approving them, we are all in khidmet of ms and are on ms at various times due to personal commitments, it is not possible for an individual authorizer to keep track of all conversations and topics that take place on the forum. Sometimes we make correct judgements sometimes we don't, but we help each other out and we try our best to make the right decision which is in best interest of forum. Alhumdulillah.
