Spoke to Hakeem Saheb on the phone in South Africa and his website is thehoneybear.co.za/

I spoke to Hakeem Saheb last night and said that I heard his program on Radio and he kept referring to “diet sheets”. How do we get these “diet sheets”?
He said that in addition to “diet sheets” he also sells products and how would he get them to UK? Can he courier them? I said that it can be couriered nevertheless the UK laws are pretty stringent on complimentary medicine and require all ingredients to be displayed and product to be certified etc so there is a possibility that Customs won’t release it and it does happen. He said that many people have relatives in South Africa so when they travel to UK/Australia the products get to people.
I said that all the ingredients which he discussed on the program are available in UK such as “Royal Jelly” “Iron and Zinc supplements” and “Argan Oil” etc. I specifically said that Royal jelly capsules are very popular so he said that capsules are not Halal. I said no there are vegetarian and vegan capsules which have no Gelatine.
I said the reason I am calling you is that if you don’t have a website than I can make these sheets available on www.central-mosque.com and give your contact name for details. He asked what will I put? I said whatever you want, its your information.
He then said that his products are available through this site so I said Jazakallahu Khayran and made the information available.
I gave them the option of making his “diet sheets” available but he gave me details of this site, not sure if its his OR merely sells some products which he recommends.
Importantly, I asked him for “diet sheets” and they are nowhere on the site...I don’t really care what is being sold on the website.

But the summary of his conversation for everything from the Radio and with me was:
Here is a good Multivitamin/Mineral supplement which is cheap and Halal (UK):
For children the wellkid Brand (UK) is best, cheap and Halal
Here is Palestinian Blackseed paste:
NOTE: You don't need to buy expensive suuplments in UK as the cheap Supermarket brands are just as good, check for its Halal'ness though
NOTE (2) for US Customers: Costco brand is the best in terms of supplment absorbtion in the stomach, checks for its Halal'ness though! In fact I will email Costco because this one is available in UK too and good value and good test results. I will respond when Costco reply.

I am unable to find any HARAM ingredients in the pack above
Confirmation from Costco NOT-HALAL:

OK Folks...
I found big drama in the Multivitamin Market. Basically in the UK a standard ASDA has the same ingredients like everyone else so save your money and get this and its Halal!

Amazon has the cheapest price on the kids range of this brand which is everything your kids will need
You are done with the supplements that Hazrat talked about on the Radio show!
Then take Honey or whatever you want on top...

:) :) :)

This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
Please wait...
