If the Shaykh agrees with it and finds it beneficial then I will stick the evidence for it and complete the ancillary work later.

Insha’Allah we won’t be asking people to take their shirts off in their time of need but exhorting them to build their relationship with Allah (SWT).

The point is that Dhikr builds relationships with Allah (SWT) and if some sceptics have a problem with Tassauff and Shaykhs then let them at least moisten their tongues and immerse their hearts in the remembrance of Allah (SWT).

Allah (SWT) is the Creator, Controller and Turner of the hearts.

Insha'Allah this can help those of us who struggle with even the most basic prescriptions of learned mashaykh - with the intention to strengthen ourselves and be able to maintain consistency.

Insha'Allah, let's see how the shaykh responds.

Masha'Allah!

Is it against adab to ask which shaykh approved it?

[Brother, you need to change the row headings that indicate '200 times' in both tables.]

Durood, astaghfaar and third kalimaa are listed as '200 times' in bold along column 1 as headings for the rows. Entries into each cell in the respective rows after that are for '100 times' so are they to be recited 200 times or 100 times?

100 times after Fajar and Asar each which means:

  1. 100 times after Fajar
  2. 100 times after Asar

I can put a comma and say 100 times after Fajar and Asar, each

No need for the comma. I see you were putting the daily total in column one... doh! Sorry.
