How do we know that we are possessed or affected by Jinns / Sihr ?

You are a Tableeghi and involved with the effort of Eeman. Place your trust in Allah (SWT) and use what is in accordance with the Qur'aan and Sunnah. Shaytaan can easily manipulate a Shirt to make your results appear this way or that way.

1. Read Manzil and Quls blow on yourself and make it a habit.
2. If you have a Jinn/Magic problem it will be cured.
3. If you don’t you will receive the Barakh and blessings of Allah (SWT)

And your Eemaan will remain on Allah (SWT) and his Greatness and Grandeur and not on tips and tricks.

Even if the shirt technique and chilli burning is Mubah (permissible) in Shariah and proven from the experience of Mashaykh, what is superior Sunnah or experience of some Shaykh?

Isn't it easier for husband/wife/family to read the Manzil and Quls and blow on themselves every single day with the intention of following Sunnah?

Reading Qur'aan is Sunnah and Manzil is Qur'aan, what precisely do you disagree with? Treatment with Qur'aan is Sunnah.

If people want to leave the clear path of Qur’aan and Sunnah and go with shirt measuring and chilli burning that’s their prerogative!
