I would ban/make it a crime to park in front of other peoples driveways.

Anybody changing their clothes at the gym, particularly their pants, should have to do it in privacy with a towel wrapped around them or going into the private changing room.

Men should wear a t-shirt when using  a bench at the gym. I do not want to see their body nor do I want to share a sweaty bench with them.

My story: I hate the thing. Rose water? How can you drink it?
When abroad, I was offered this drink at every house I went to and it made me sick. I had to confess when they would offer it to me and say the truth. Pepsi was the alternative, I could drink that anytime.

I don't know if it is the same as what they drink in Turkey but if it is... it is goooood, alhamdulillah! I love rose jam, rose-water drink, rose snow-cones...! Insha'Allah, in moderation of course.

It looks like "Rooh Afza" has more than just roses in it. Based on the description, it is definitely not what we drink in Turkey.

Yep, it's the same taste as they have in Turkey. Sorry I can't stand it.

I bet Muadh is familiar with it, what's your say brother?

On the other hand, I like the rose flavored Turkish delight coated in chocolate, especially the one available in the UK.

By the way, I only posted this because of the thread, Rooh and I found the drink :-(

No worries!

That candy you linked is not really lokum but meh, alright. Nestle sells something similar to it here, under a different name.

A Herbal drink which is very refreshing and rejuvenating in Ramadhan and in hot weather.

Yep, I don't like it :-(

Especially with all the bits in it too.

I guess, being English doesn't help ;-) (no matter what the background)

Turkish delight tastes similar to marshmallows with pistachio toppings.. albeit the Iranian 'gaz' is more palatable..

Otherwise known as nougat. Never liked nougat and I don't think it resembles lokum at all. But insha'Allah we'll keep both off the ban list.

Brother Abu Mohammed, I think I know what you mean by the texture of some things. I really can't stand tapioca for the same reason.

I'd add tapioca to the ban list but that would be unfair to all those who like bubble tea and tapioca pudding.
