Just take a Sunday morning stroll through the streets of London & other cities in UK to find out what I'm getting at:
Beer vomit.

True, but who'll make the Oil Shaikh's understand..

There are churches too...and there is even a Hindu temple in Dubai..
Not kidding.

Plus you have to be very careful if you want HALAL food, much of it is pseudo-HALAL.

Shaykh (Mufti) Muhammad Shafi Usmani (RA) writes:
In order to run and operate a good civil society, be simplistic and lenient in legislating laws but be harsh and uniform in enforcement. What we see in our countries (Pakistan etc) that laws are complex, harsh (even draconian) but the enforcement is either non-existent or negligible. This is against the principles of Islamic Shariah. You will see from the Qur’aan and Sunnah that laws are simple to understand but enforcement is done on everyone (uniformly) man, woman, rich, poor etc.
The decline in our (Muslim) societies is due to selective enforcement or non enforcement of existing laws, poor pay the price and the rich get away with it!
When making rules (anywhere) ensure that the rules are simple (and lenient) but the enforcement is uniform and followed up rigorously.
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
