Assalam Alaikum,

All smartphones will be Banned back to nokia 1100.

Camera phones banned.

All forums will come under Imarah.

Mixed forums banned even if its muftisays.

All mutakabbireen will be made to go through vigorous mujahada.

Non alims will be banned from making bayans in tabligh.

There is nothing wrong with a non-Alim giving a speech if it's about good deeds and virtues. I don't think any non-scholar in Tabligh ever talks about Fiqh or disputed issues. Good deeds, virtues, Salaah, Imaan, kindness, general characteristics are all perfectly good topics for anyone from a child to an adult or a scholar to a regular person to talk about.

For me it says that the non ulama should be banned from giving lectures and I AGREE.

I gave my first lecture when I was about 17 years old. The listeners loved it! All I did was to repeat a lecture I heard a few days before that. But Allah knows best how much I may have added to it etc.

The point is, any lecture/speech/ etc should only be given by qualified personnel!

Just saw Admins post above mine!

the problem will come down to Daleel, if they aren't reading from a book, then they shouldn't be doing it. Much of what we hear is just stories and experience's from the past, which is fine. But many things are taken out of context and used to match certain deeds/actions/methods.

Example "The path of Allah" many interpretations, many misguided by it, many take the wrong path unknowingly, many use it for their field only.

The following will also be banned under my rule:

Wedding functions in expensive hotels.

Extravgant weddings/walimahs, if you insist on spending, that money goes to Mujahideen and poor boys who can't get married.

Late nikah. Everyone will be required to get nikah done around 16-17.

Women universities with useless subjects for women. Women can only study what can be beneficial for humanity only like midwifery. Those who want knowledge will be sent to deeni madaris.

Ban for people with big egos and nafs to run islamic websites and forums or give bayans. They will be required to spend time with proper shuyookh.
