The new Salafees have woken up to classical works on Fiqh and they now say, ” No, No we don’t dismiss Fiqh we study them and evaluate them”

They now claim that they pick the stongest opinion out of these Fiqh books while those who follow Madhab simply follow their Madhab. Salafi study of Madhabs is primarily based on Imam Ibn Taymiyyah (RA), read their Fatwaas and they quote Hanafi, Shaf'ae, Maliki Madhab according to the lenses of Imam Ibn Taymiyyah (RA)

A greater error amongst Salafees is their derivation of Fiqh through books of Hadeeth! Comprehensively they quote Hadeeth in respond to Fiqh issue (even Deobandees are picking this up this error). Look at contemporary Deobandi Fatawa and works and note the evidence!
