The irony is that the Saudi followers don't have a reason.

These people are not fit to answer the general public.

Also in many of these Masajids, the Imams themselves follow the correct ruling.

Allah help us, PLEASE!

As an outside from what I have seen on the websites of Hizb and Wifaq there is alot of mudslinging going on as is similar situation in South Africa amongst 'ulama bodies concerning other issues (NOT regarding moonlighting, up to now we are united alhamdulillah).

mudslinging, who ever dishes it out, should be fully condemned (no matter which side you follow). Issues should/must always be discussed with full adaab and purely based on academic (fiqhi) evidences and facts.

proportionately the vast overwhelming majority of the mudslinging over the past 5-6 years has come from HU (and their affiliates). i mean ive got old emails that i was cc'd into from about 5/6 years back from that side using words such as "Wifaqul Munajameen and the Ullooma of Batley, Mad Dog of Kazzaab Dajjaal of UK" etc and also swears words etc. I mean you had some in our area back in 2007 sending out texts referring to Mufti Saeed Ahmed Palunpuri as doing worse then the work of Shaytaan and Dajjaal (my uncle got the text) :-(
