Asslamo Allaikum,
The ruling of Hanafi Madhab is that beautiful and meoldious voice of woman is Sat'r (Awrah) and HARAM whether done out of need or outside of need. The first quotation is from Imam Humaam (RA) and the second from Imam Ibn Abideen (RA)
Hazrat (Mufti) Abdur-Raheem Limbada (RA) has kindly stated that in our time of Fitnah since care is not taken to devoid the voice of beauty and melody he gave the Fatwa of voice of a woman being Sat'r (Awrah).
There is NO REASON for a women to start un-necesssary conversations with strange men anyways so the issue of voice is irrelevant.

Al-Quraan 33:32

Asslamo Allaikum,
Please quote the majority of Hanafi Fuqaha who have declared the normal voice of the woman to be part of her Sat'r.
Please understand the question before answering.

[quote="Anonymous"]The Noble Quraan mentions regarding the woman’s voice; “And do not speak in alluring tones so that he in whose heart there is a disease (of lust) desires.”
Al-Quraan 33:32Moulana Ashraf Ali Thaanwi Rahimahullah whilst explaining this verse in his Bayaanul Quraan, mentions that it is quite obvious that the wives of Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) will never speak in an alluring manner. Therefore, what is meant here, is, that they should not talk in their normal voices, rather they should make their tone rough and stern, so as not to originate desire or enticement. In Madaarikut-Tanzeel the author explains as “qawlan khashinan” meaning that they should speak in a rough and stern tone whereby no attraction is sparked off.
Absolutely nothing to do with the subject of normal voice of the woman to be part of her Sat'r in the Hanafi Madhab.

Asslamo Allaikum All,
Let me clarify the issue once again:
But the issue is how are people claiming that normal voice of a woman is Sat'r in the Hanafi Madhab? Please provide evidence of this from the Madhab.

Asslamo Allaikum,
Hazrat Shaykhul-Hadeeth (Maulana) Abdur-Raheem Limbada (HA) also claimed the same on his site

So the question still remains that some evidence needs to be provided about the matter from the Hanafi Madhab that it is the strongest and majority opinion. I fully understand that Hazrat (Mufti) A. S. Desai Saheb (HA) has concerns about Radio Islam and female presenters and there is some discussion on the matter in South Africa but that doesn't mean that the majority of the ruling in the Madhab is so.
