I would say most likely one of the planet's.....nearest to our side...it is possible to see Jupiter in such a way...but not so sure from where you are....download the star maps app...the one abu Mohammed recommends on the app thread....see if it identifies what it is.
It's not light from one of the tall buildings is it, because it could actually be closer then the moon, hmmm not sure
My son has one of those huge professional telescopes and we sit out late in the summer evenings to identify the different stars....Jupiter is one we can always see on a clear night....but the moon is awesome you can see it clearly all the markings and designs on it....SubhanAllah! we can never fully appreciate Allah's creation.
The winter nights are the best for star gazing...but in UK theres too many clouds....but very very occasionally you can get a clear dark sky full of stars....and it's absolutely awesome....but it is also absolutely freezing!
I'm sure Saudi Arabia can afford there own....and probably already have one the size of a house....we could actually offer to teach them to use it though!
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
