if only i took a photo ...

last weekend when it snowed obviously kids and people were going to local parks/fields that have a decent hill/slope to sledge down. Picture my look of bewilderment when i opened my curtains in the morning, which directly overlooks the side entrance to Springfield Park here in Hackney on Springfield Rd (which is the entrance that leads you to the best hill in Hackney). Anyways this guy parks his car and starts getting out his skis and skiing equipment?!? Its a hill but no way have I ever seen someone turn up like their about to go down the French Alps!

salamualaikum brother.i read that the shiahs of called the qaramtiyians from bahrain or qatar were responsible for taking away the black stone for 20 some years.only at the bequest of the fatimeed ruler did they return it but it was reduced to 8 pebbles.allah only knows what they did with the rest.when they invaded makkah, they killed thousands of hajjis.the hajj was suspended for 6 yrs and allah knows best.alhemdulillah i got to kiss the black stone 2 or 3 times.loved it.

This place has a large halal sticker on the front door and a certificate from the meat suppliers, (obviously only the meat is halal) but WHY?

They get on my nerves because even the owners are so called Muslims
