Many women are unsure about performing their religious duties while in a state of menstruation. The objective of this course is to give women the ability to recognise the issues and to deal with them. It will help answer a wide variety of common questions such as:
* Can I touch the Qur'an or make zikr?
* Can I enter the Masjid?
* During Hajj I'll use pills to delay my cycle as it's my only opportunity to go. Is this a right choice?
* What do i do if I've missed two months of fasting due to post natal bleeding?
* I've just had a coil placed inside, and it has changed my regular cycle of 7 days to 13 days. Is this my new cycle?
* I am bleeding but it's not red?
* What is the difference between the menses and irregular bleeding (Istihaadah)?
* How does istihaadah affect ones' worship?
* What are the rulings pertaining to post-natal bleeding (nifaas)?

Umm Huzayfah was raised in the UK where she attended Jama'at ul-Iman, in Bradford, England for 5 years. There, she completed the 'Alimah course of study covering many of the Islamic sciences. After graduating, she continued to teach Tajweed, Arabic and Hadith at the madrasa. Umm Huzayfah also previously taught private Islamic classes in USA and at a children's school affiliated with the Islamic Society of Santa Barbara, USA. Currently she teaches the women's Advanced Islamic Studies course at Masjid a Quba as well as classes at Zam Zam Academy.
