I have asked before but does anyone know when umrah season will begin for international pilgrims after hajj and would i be able to get a tourist visa and do umrah in Muharram if they are not issuing umrah visa by then.
Umrah season normally starts after the 15th of Muharram under normal circumstances. It may even start later. You will have to wait for the official announcement from the ministry of Hajj
For Visa updates, it is best to check when ready to travel as some have performed Umrah on tourist visa's when they arrived in Saudi.
Some have claimed that they can apply for an e-visa when they land at the airport, however, all of this should be checked with an authorised agent beforehand. The rules change very quickly.

Can I Perform Umrah With a Tourist Visa? Yes, you can perform Umrah with a tourist visa, and it has several advantages compared to an Umrah visa. For example, you can stay longer, and it’s issued with multiple entries. However, tourist visas are more difficult to obtain, and you have a higher chance of getting a pilgrimage visa when you apply with a licensed travel agency. Plus, you can only perform Umrah with a tourist visa and not Hajj.

Can I perform Umrah using a tourist visa? Yes, you can. Everyone visiting Saudi Arabia on a tourist visa may obtain an Umrah permit by applying through the Eatmarna and Tawakkalna app.
Furthermore, performing Umrah on a tourist visa does offer its own advantages such as a longer stay period, permission for multiple entries, and the freedom to choose your own hotel for Umrah.

Expansion of Masjid e Nabawi seemed to have been frozen. This looks like a plan from 2021 and by the looks of the current area, this is what we might see in the near future and not the huge expansion as posted a few years ago.
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
