وركز على الحرص والالتزام بأعلى معايير الأمن وأدق نظم السلامة، مشددا على ضرورة المحافظة على نظافة المطاف وصيانته من الأتربة والغبار ومحاولة إنجاز المشروع في المدة التي وجه بها خادم الحرمين الشريفين.
واضاف السديس بأن المشروع سيتضمن العديد من الأنظمة الأساسية والتكميلية التي ستحدث نقلة نوعية كبرى في منظومة الخدمات التي سيستفيد منها كل قاصد للمسجد الحرام.
