هادي العصيمي، أحمد الزهراني- سبق- مكة المكرمة (تصوير فايز الزيادي): في الوقت الذي كشفت فيه الرئاسة العامة لشوؤن الحرمين عن تشغيل كامل صحن المطاف لمشروع التوسعة في أقل من شهر وتحديداً منتصف شهر شعبان لا يكاد يخلو المتر المربع الواحد من العمل الدؤوب وعلى مدار الساعة، فالمرحلة الثالثة تُعتبر الأصعب؛ لقربها من الفنادق ودور السكن وطريق الملك عبدالعزيز، ويأتي ذلك وسط توجيهات من القيادة بالمتابعة الميدانية والتفقد الدائم للمنجزات والتقويم والرفع بالتقارير الفنية، وكل يوم تؤكد الدولة أنها في مسعاها للتوسعة قد غلّبت المصلحة العامة في إطار الحرص على منفعة المسلمين، فما تنفقه على الحرمين الشريفين يساوي ميزانية بعض الدول، والتوسعة ليست بأمر جديد في تاريخنا الإسلامي، فسيدنا عمر بن الخطاب هو صاحب أول توسعة للمسجد الحرام، وغلّب المصلحة العامة على الخاصة.

وبدورها قامت "سبق" بجولة ميدانية مصورة، ورصدت العمل القائم في تنفيذ المشروع من الشركة المنفذة حيث تراصّت المعدات في مساحات ضيقة تكاد تعانق بارتفاعها المباني ومآذن الحرم المطلة على صحن الطواف، والتي تعمل باستمرار ودون توقف حتى يتم الانتهاء من المشروع في الوقت المحدد، فيما كشفت الرئاسة العامة لشوؤن المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي عن تشغيل كامل صحن المطاف لمشروع خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز -رحمة الله عليه- لزيادة الطاقة الاستيعابية للمطاف في أقل من شهر، وتحديداً منتصف شهر شعبان، موكدة أنه سيتم الاستفادة من القبو والدور الأرضي والأول، واستكمال المرحلة الثالثة باستثناء الدور الثالث، والذي يستكمل بعد شهر رمضان.

المرحلة الأصعب
تشرف الرئاسة العامة لشؤون الحرمين بالكامل على المشروع، برئاسة الشيخ عبدالرحمن السديس وإدارة المشاريع بقيادة المهندس سلطان القرشي، إذ يتم عقد ورش عمل يومية لسباق مع الزمن والانتهاء من مشروع توسعة صحن المطاف، وخاصة المرحلة الثالثة التي تعتبر الأصعب؛ لقربها من الفنادق ودور السكن وطريق الملك عبدالعزيز.

وأوضح المهندس سلطان القرشي مدير إدارة المشاريع بشؤون الحرمين أن رئاسة شؤون الحرمين تسعى جاهدة لتنفيذ القرار السامي، والداعي لزيادة الطاقة الاستيعابية لصحن المطاف؛ للتسهيل على المعتمرين والمصلين، وقطعت شوطاً كبيراً في نسبة الإنجاز، وسيتم فتح صحن المطاف للمصلين والمعتمرين خلال شهر من اليوم كما تم إنجاز 30% من الرواق العباسي "العثماني"، والذي يزيد مسطحه الإجمالي على 3800 متر، ويتم إنجاز الجزء من الجهة الشمالية ما بين الباب الفتح إلى باب العمرة، وتمت إزالتها ضمن مشروع توسعة صحن المطاف وحفظت بعناية فائقة وخضعت لإجراء اختبارات هندسية؛ للتأكد من سلامتها الإنشائية قبل إعادتها إلى صحن المطاف، مع استبدال التالف منها، وتشمل تركيب القبب التي يتخطى عددها 123 قبة، وروعي في الجانب الإنشائي جميع متطلبات حركة المصلين من مصاعد ومنحدرات لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وسلالم كهربائية.

الرواق العثماني
وأبان "القرشي" طريقة إزالة أحجار الرواق العثماني مع التركيب تم نقل الرواق بواسطة شركة متخصصة في التعامل مع المباني الأثرية القديمة، وسبق هذه الأعمال التوثيق من فروقات المساحة وتحديد المواقع لكل المعمارية للمبنى العباسي القديم مع التوثيق بتصوير الماسحات الضوئية؛ لإعطاء أكثر دقة وتوصيل الأجزاء بعضها ببعض مع المنقوشات الزخرفية.

تم تصنيف كل القطع وتنزيلها على المخططات ومن ثم حفظها وحمايتها وترقيمها ونقلها إلى موقع متخصص لإجراء أعمال الصيانة والترميم ومن ثم التركيب، وجرت الاستعانة بالأعمدة الرخامية التي ليست بها أي عيوب إنشائية، والاستفادة منها في أعمال مبنى الرواق، كما رصدت "سبق" إنشاء جسر للعربات من جهة باب الملك فهد عوضاً عن الجسر الذي تمت إزالته والمحاذي لقصر الصفا.

توجيهات القيادة
وأشار "القرشي" إلى أن الطاقة الاستيعابية للمطاف يستفيد منها 107 آلاف طائف في الساعة، وبمسطح إجماليه 255 ألف متر مكعب ويستفيد منه أكثر من 266 ألف مصلٍّ.

ولفت المهندس سلطان القرشي إلى أن توجيهات القيادة الرشيدة بالمتابعة الميدانية، والتفقد الدائم للمنجزات، والتقويم والرفع بالتقارير الفنية، يصاحبها على الدوام إشراف ومتابعة الرئيس العام لشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النوي الشيخ الدكتور عبدالرحمن بن عبدالعزيز السديس، ومعالي نائبه لشؤون المسجد الحرام الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن ناصر الخزيم.

تاريخ وحقائق
من جانبه، اعتبر المشرف العام على إدارة المتاحف في جامعة أم القرى أستاذ التاريخ الدكتور فواز بن علي الدهاس كل الادعاءات التي تحاول الترويج لعدم الاهتمام بمعالم التاريخ الإسلامي، هي محض افتراء، للعب على مشاعر البسطاء، وصادرة ممن لم يقرأوا التاريخ الإسلامي، مؤكداً أن الدولة -أيدها الله- غلّبت المصلحة العامة في إطار الحرص على منفعة المسلمين وتنفيذ التوسعة، مبيناً أن ما تنفقه الدولة -أيدها الله- على الحرمين الشريفين يساوي ميزانية بعض الدول، وهي نعمة نقطف ثمارها بفضل ما أنعم به علينا المولى -عز وجل- من أمن وأمان نعيشه في هذا الوطن المبارك.

توسعة عمر
ودعا "الدهاس" من يجهلون التاريخ الإسلامي إلى أن يعودوا لقراءته، ليعرفوا أن سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه هو صاحب أول توسعة للمسجد الحرام، وغلّب المصلحة العامة على الخاصة، حيث اضطر -رضوان الله عليه- أن يهدم ويزيل بيوت قريش الملاصقة للمسجد الحرام، رغم أن تلك البيوت بمقياس التاريخ أعرق تاريخاً مما يردده المرددون، وهي في ذلك الوقت أكثر قيمة تاريخية من الرواق وغيره، لكن الفاروق رضي الله عنه رأى المصلحة العامة على التراث، وعندما اعترض المعترضون من قريش على الهدم، جاءهم عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه بسؤال ينم على ذكائه وفطنته، فسألهم: "هل نزلتم على الكعبة، أم الكعبة نزلت عليكم؟ فقالوا: نحن نزلنا على الكعبة، فقال: "إذن الكعبة تستأذنكم لأن ضيوفها كثيرون"، فأزال البيوت الملاصقة للكعبة، والذين امتنعوا عن التثمين وضعها في بيت مال المسلمين.

التوسعة العباسية
ونفى "الدهاس" وجود أي توسعة للمسجد الحرام منذ العصر العباسي، كاشفاً عن أن ما يطلق عليه الرواق العثماني هو في الأساس التوسعة العباسية، وقال: في العصر العثماني احترقت التوسعة العباسية، فاضطرت الدولة العثمانية إلى أن تهدم ما أصابه الحريق من هذه التوسعة العباسية وإعادة بنائه بهذا الرواق الذي عرف بالرواق العثماني، وجددت التوسعة العباسية بالرواق على مساحة المسجد الحرام بالكامل، حيث كانت التوسعة العباسية تتكون من سقفين بينهما مسافة قصيرة، السقف الثاني يوضع من أجل عمل تخفيف الحرارة على المسجد الحرام.

وأردف "الدهاس" أن توسعة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز كانت الأكبر على مدى تاريخ المسجد، والذي بدأ في عصر ما قبل الإسلام بـ 1490 متراً، وتوالت التوسعات التي بدأها أبو بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه، وتلى ذلك توسعة عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه، ثم عهد عبدالله بن الزبير، والوليد بن عبدالملك، وأبو جعفر المنصور، والمهدي العباسي، ثم المعتضد العباسي، ثم المقتدر بالله، ثم الدولة السعودية الأولى في عهد الملك سعود وفيصل رحمهما الله، ثم توسعة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز رحمة الله عليه بمقدار 256850 متراً، وبذلك زادت التوسعة بنسبة بـ 58 مرة.

عمل وإنجاز
يُذكر أن العمل في التوسعة بدأ في شهر محرم من عام 1434هـ وتمت إزالة الجزء الأول من المباني، وتنفيذ أعمال الإنشاء لهذه المرحلة، مما أدى إلى انخفاض ملحوظ بالطاقة الاستيعابية للمطاف من 48 ألفاً إلى 22 ألف طائف في الساعة. وبعد موسم حج عام 1434هـ بدأ العمل بإزالة الجزء الثاني من المباني وانتقال حرمة الطواف إلى الجزء المتاح من الصحن والمطاف المؤقت بدوريه الأول والثاني، لتبدأ عندها أعمال الإنشاء للمرحلة الثانية بعد تركيب الأسوار العازلة لمنطقة العمل مع الإبقاء على بعض الأسوار الجزئية للمرحلة الأولى لأغراض التشطيب النهائي.

وبنهاية موسم حج عام 1435هـ بدأت أعمال المرحلة الثالثة من توسعة صحن المطاف، بتركيب أسوار العزل المؤقتة الخاصة بمنطقة العمل للشروع بأعمال الإزالة والإنشاء مع بقاء جزئي لأسوار المرحلة الثانية والأولى لإنهاء أعمال التشطيب حتى نهاية شهر شعبان من عام 1436هـ، ومع نهاية ذلك العام تكون كل الأسوار المؤقتة قد أزيلت مع المطاف المؤقت، حيث تكون أعمال مشروع رفع الطاقة الاستيعابية للمطاف قد اكتملت.

Oldest Madinah building demolished


The old building of Shariah Sciences School in Madinah being
demolished to make way for the expansion of the Prophet’s Mosque

MADINAH — Crowds of people gathered on Monday evening to witness the demolition of what is believed to be the oldest building in the holy city that was housing the Shariah Sciences School.

The old building of the famous school was turned into rubble in minutes to make way for the expansion of the Prophet's Mosque.

Adnan Ahmed Habib, son of the school owner, said his father's uncle built the school more than 100 years ago to teach Shariah subjects.

He said the school was shifted to Bab Al-Awali neighborhood after its previous premises very close to the Prophet's Mosque were demolished for the expansion carried out during the reign of King Fahd.

“Again we have to lose the school building to the ongoing expansion in the name of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah,” he said.

Habib said the school has rented a building in the Islamic University for students during the evenings.

“We are currently looking for a building to rent in Bab Al-Awali or any other neighborhood so that the students can proceed normally with their studies,” he said.

Kâbe’nin çevresinden sökülen Osmanlı revakları, Türkiye’nin de etkisiyle restore çalışmalarının ardından yeniden yerlerine monte edildi.

وستتحول العاصمة المقدسة إيكولوجيا إلى توزيع خارطة إسكانية جديدة تراعي التنوع الديموجرافي، وتأخذ على عاتقها تنمية الإنسان بعد أن تحولت بمناشطها كافة إلى ورشة عمل على مدار الساعة لإخراج المنطقة المركزية من عنق الزجاجة تمهيدا لتوطين المشاريع الديناميكية ضمن الخطط العمرانية الحديثة.
