I have received confirmation from American Ulama-e-Kiraam that Ustadha Saira AbuBakr is knowledgable and upon the Sunnah to teach Muslimahs about Fiqh of Fasting according to the Madhab of Imam Darul-Hijrah Malik Ibn Anas (RA).

therahmahfoundation.org/about/

judging from a look around the website the organisation seems very well run with many events, programs and classes aimed at sisters primilary in USA (and UK?)
