Brother i went through this thread. People have said once you do it, you get cure but then disease or nazr comes even stronger than before. Or like you may get deviated after it etc or it harms u in ways later... there are many things that are confusing me. I know not much about Ruqya but only that you recite or listen daily you get cured and evil effects goes away.

I was looking for such Rukya. You think the attached 2 links by Molana Junaid (which is available on Youtube too) shall i start listening to it for 40 days? I thought i will start listening to it.

Also i am sometime alone at home. Will it be ok if i start listening to them? Or i will get some symptoms or would need someone besides me?
Also i got bit afraid to see the discussion about its after effects or may be i have got them wrong?

Or plz if you could give me a link which is simple and which i could listen to on daily basis without any harm for physical and spiritual healing. There are so much on yt too, but i dont know which shall i trust... Thaank you so much for any help.

The videos posted in this thread will be reliable as it'll be Qur'aan only.

Many people listen and nothing at all happens. If anything, they feel much more peaceful afterwards.

Unless someone can describe exactly what negative effects took place with them, I wouldn't read too much into "I've heard" and "It's said..."
