Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu 'alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

1) www.muftisays.com is an authentic website administered by reliable Ulama.[1] We do not know who administers the peopleofsunnah.com website.

2) May Allah Ta'ala accept your eagerness and enthusiasm to learn deen. It must be noted that to know the complete teachings of Imam Abu Hanifa (Rahimahullah) many years of dedicated studies under qualified Ulama is required. However, for the basic masā'il you may use the following books:

- Ta'leem-ul-Haqq: archive.org/details/TaleemulHaq

- Heavenly Ornaments (English version of Bahishti Zewar): archive.org/details/BahishtiZewar_201307

-You may also find our Contemporary Fatāwā compilation to be beneficial:

archive.org/details/ContemporaryFatawaByShaykhMuftiEbrahi...

You may also refer to the following websites,

Askimam.org for questions pertaining to Fiqh and Hadith.

daruliftaa.net/ for business related issues.

idealwoman.net/ for women related topics.

Fragrance of a Rose

A beautiful blog by sister Munawwarah (some of you may know her from SF). I think she was also the mureedah of Maulana Yunus Patel (rahimahullah).

Taken from your link:

Question:

Your eminence knows that Usmah bin Ldin incites the youths of the world and encourages them to corruption upon the earth. Is it allowed for us to call him as "Khrij" especially given the fact that he supports the homicide-attacks in our countries?

Shaykh al-Fawzn:

The one who possesses this way of thinking belongs to the Khawrij. The one who has this way of thinking and calls to it and incites to it belongs to the Khawrij regardless of what he is called or where he is.

This is also a principle: the one who calls to this way of thinking such as revolting against the rulers and Takfr upon the Muslims and declaring their lives as allowed to be taken, belongs to the Khawrij.

Salam

Usamah bin Laden rahimullah himself didn't believe in suicide bombing and taking the lives of innocents, that's nothing but garbage and false propaganda. He believed in open combat, man to man, confirmed by his driver, in fact there was a very good documentary on YouTube called ' I was Bin Ladens driver/bodyguard'. Very informative indeed watch it if you can ,not sure if its avaialable on there anymore.

The historical anecdotes and sayings, stories about the pious are awesome on that site etc, so take the good my brother and leave the bad.

Brother, I didn't post it to discuss any particular topic of that fatwa. I just showed a sample of their views. (martyrdom attack is a separate issue which shouldn't be discussed here. Just show respect to the ijma of thousands of 'Ulama if you disagree.)

The blog started with sugar coated definition of Salafi dawah by their "Al Imam" Albani. Later I found stuffs of Madhkhali Shaykhs. This is totally a Salafi HQ and not a simple pro-Salafi blog.

If you adopt the principle of "taking good and leaving bad", then you'll find it in every deviant site. You can extract love for Rasoolullaah (saw) from Barelwi sites and love for Ahlul Bayt رضي الله عنهم from Shi'ite sites. Yet generally we don't do these.

I don't want to derail this thread and I think you know well how deep rooted calamity Salafism has created, so I'm not prolonging this discussion. But I request you to consider the fact that this is a public place and everyone may not be able to take it in the way you've taken.

If you say take good and leave bad then lot of people will find shaykh fawzaans statement as very good and take it. It's always safe to keep people away from deviant groups even the ones we see as 'good' deviants because everyone's idea of a 'good' deviant is different
