Under the Extradition Act 2003 Babar cannot challenge any of the "evidence" against him in a British Court of Law. As a British Citizen, he should be entitled to an open fair trial in the UK. If he is extradited to the US, he will face the same Human and Civil Rights abuses that many experience at the hands of the US Government.

Please do not stop making du'a for your brother as nothing will happen without the Permission of Allah ............
