Assalamu Alaykum,
I have been trying to look for the definitions of these words Islamically for quite some time can anyone help? Its kind of urgent:
ملك متعه
ملك رقبه

I've got the definitions from someone; quote:
"The first (ملك متعه) literally means, to own the benefit of usage. In other words: To be authorised to use something without owning. This applies to a husband having 'ملك متعه' of his wife.
The second (ملك رقبه) literally means, to own the neck of a person - in common terms, to own a person. This applies to a master owning a slave."
Wassalam
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
