You can't see it. u can only hear it, which is perfectly fine by me.
As for Madinah i think you can watch it on Saudi TV channel 2. haven't tried it yet myself so unsure about the clarity.

This one's excellent. first day wasn't good, second day alright, after that sound was really good. Forget about the screen tho, that's bad quality but we don't need to look at that anyway. Also, liveislam.net is good but it's in arabic so hard to navigate for those hwo don't understand it.
