Audio file converter (Even converts real player files)

quick question..shining light...you dont happen to know where i could download a free audio compressor (size down the live bayans i have there like 52mb) i can't email or transfer them to anybody....

That depends on the file format. This software (the one in the first post) also allows you to compress it. From the bit rate (Kbps), choose one of the lower ones. 6.2, 12, 24, 36, these will give you a very good compression size. If it's a wav file, you can use wav2mp3 which is a very fast converter.

Windows XP (2000 maybe too) comes with Windows Movie Maker, simply add the file (doesn't support Real Audio) using File > Import, then Click on Save Movie and choose low quality from the drop down menu. If you choose "Other" from the drop down menu, you can higher compression options like FM Quality Audio etc, this will make file size even smaller.

Your best options however are to convert to .mp3 or .rm
