AS SALAMU ALAIKUM,

The link below contains a picture of an18 year old Arab boy who got killed somehow. They buried him butsuspected he was murdered and needed his body for post-mortem so theydug up his grave 3 hours later and found him in this terrible state.

Thesight indicated he had been punished in the grave, so they asked hisparents about him and they replied that he didn't used to pray and heused to listen to music. And Allah knows best.

Brothers and sisters, the pictures are very disturbing. Please note, this is no joke and defintely not for the faint hearted.

FEAR ALLAH AND FLEA TO HIS MERCY!

HaniRahimullah, the freed slave of Uthman Radiallaho anho said: WheneverUthman Radiallho anho would stand or stop by a grave, he would crybitterly until his beard was wet. He was asked: Jannah and the Fire ismentioned to you but you don't cry, but you cry in front of this? Hesaid: Indeed Rasoulallah SALLAHO ALAHI WASSALLAM said:

"Thegrave is the first stage of the stages of the Aaakirah. The one who issaved from it then all the stages to come will be easier. And the onewho is not saved from it, everything else to come will be harder.Uthaman Radialho anho added that Rasoulallah Sallaho alahi wassallamsaid:

"I have never seen a sight ever more horrific than the grave."

Allah save us from the torment of Your Wrath and Enter us into Your Mercy! Allahuma Ameen.

Those pics are pretty horific indeed.

Apparently diff sites have diff text under it and some said the body was redug after months rather than hours. Whilst I'm no medic this simply looks like a normal rotting corpse (will be faster in warmer climates of course).

What we really need to ask ourselves though is, do we really need pictures like this to strengthen our Imaan and belief in the punishment of the grave? Is it not enough for us that the Prophet pbuh told us about the punishment of the grave? What would happen if tomorrow everyone realises that these pictures were mere fakes, cleverly created by some imaginative (and clearly sick and disturbed!) individual?

Just a few points I leave for us to ponder over.

Allah knows best

I couldn't agree any less. A very valid, strong and thoughtful point made.

May Allah make us amongst the Mu'minoon Bil Ghayb. Ameen

Mashallah, very true!! Whatever our Prophet (saw) told us is enough and no more is needed. If we are belivers then these pics should have no additional effect on our Imaan in the Aaakirah. We believe without seeing, nor hearing nor having any physical understanding. Infact that is apart of our Aqidah itself!

(PS - I am a medic! and if the body was taken out after a few months, then there would be bare bones and pure rotting, open flesh. The body is absoultely intact and decomposition seemingly has just started. On the other hand, if in fact it was just 3 hours, I highly doubt that such a vast level of tissue change can occur, let alone the fact that the eyes are open...and I suspect that they must have been clsoed at burial.)

Wa alaikum salam wa rahmatullah,

So true....

With burial, your body will undergo a rapid process of decay, caused by internal and external factors. Soon after you are placed in the grave, the bacteria and insects proliferating in the corpse due to the absence of oxygen will start to function. The gases released from these organisms will inflate the body, starting from the abdomen, altering its shape and appearance. Bloody froth will issue from the mouth and nose due to the pressure of gases on the diaphragm. As corruption proceeds, body hair, nails, soles, and palms will fall off. Accompanying this outer alteration in the body, internal organs such as lungs, heart and liver will also decay. In the meantime, the most horrible scene takes place in the abdomen, where the skin can no longer bear the pressure of gases and suddenly bursts, spreading an unendurable disgusting smell. Starting from the skull, muscles will became detached from their particular places. Skin and soft tissues will completely disintegrate. The brain will decay and start looking like clay. This process will go on until the whole body is reduced to a skeleton.

Your body, you think to be yourself, will thus disappear in a terrible and disgusting manner. While those you leave behind carry out the customary rituals, worms, insects and bacteria in the soil will eat the body away. If you die by an accident and are not buried, then the consequences will be even more tragic. Your body will be worm-eaten, just like a piece of meat left at room temperature for a long time. By the time the worms have eaten the last bit of flesh, your body will have become a skeleton. This is the way, a human being's life, created in "the best of forms", comes to the most horrible end possible.

Not posted to digust anyone..just a little reminder taken from Harun Yahya

Ameen to the duas,

Wassalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah

Well, the warning was there before the URL. But the fact is, when Allah has made the Qur'aan guidance for those who have Imaan in the unseen (Surah 2), why do we need such pictures whether its real or fake?

I'm not sure why the hair is white. It reminds me of an article a friend wrote once. I'll paste it up if I can find it. It's called "The Realm After Death"

The viewing of pictures in itself is a prohibited act in Islam. Publishing them falls under the same category. The honour of A Muslim must be observed even after his death.
